I stayed here for Christmas 2019 and it was a very pleasant stay, nothing at all to complain about and the staff in particular were very friendly and helpful.

And Bryant Park is sooooo nice this time of year!!! As for the water in the room... reminded that there is indeed free water in the room. This is to say... some of best drinking water in the universe is NYC tap water being sourced from the Ashoken reservoir in the Catskills!!
