I am really appreciate that not only you review top tiers hotel, you also put out review of smaller intimate affordable boutique hotel like this. Really great work, kinda wondering where were you for the last couple of weeks, but this review is very worth the wait. ❤️
Actually I planned to be “off the air” until the current situation in Saigon became more clear. I still have 6 more videos I can post, but didn’t want to keep stopping and starting since there’s no place I can film more content at the moment. But, it’s clear the situation isn’t going to improve too quickly, so I’ll just keep posting regularly until nothing is left :) And glad you appreciate the smaller hotels. Every place I choose is unique in someway, but the star rating or price are never the priorities- and not what I’d like the channel to be about.
Amigos great vid -staying here now 5 days.We love it.Clean, well maintained and service excellent. Also stayed at HoiAn LaSiesta Equally excellent. From Durango Mexico 🇲🇽
Great video! I like how you started this video by providing the map of the hotel. Would be better probably if by the end of the video you could briefly highlight some place of attraction nearby the hotel.
Thanks for the feedback! I am trying to find a balance between what I would like to show (this video could have easily been double the length) and what the all powerful algorithm wants me to show :) after hitting 1000 subs I’ll have a tad bit more freedom in giving more and more details! Thank you for your support.
I watched all your clips and am waiting for new coming ones. You did a good job (high quality resolution, hotels/resort filmed in detail and meticulously, etc). This channel will surely have more subsribers and views.
Thank you so much for your kind comments. Because of the lockdown in Saigon currently we had to pause for a bit, but in October we will be coming back with more videos from Vietnam, the US, Colombia, Mexico, Thailand and more in the coming months! Stay tuned! :)
Love your Channel! Took your advice and stayed at Naka Island in Phuket and loved it ! Going to Hanoi in September . I booked this hotel back in 2020 but cancelled due to Covid. Saw your Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi video….i am Marriott Platinum member thinking about JW Marriott Hanoi (most likely will get a suite upgrade) can’t decide which one to book!!! First time in Hanoi . Your suggestion? Thanks!!!!
The JW is quite far from the old town which is the ‘tourist center’ of the city- much more of a convention/expo property. I’d rather be in the cheapest room in the Metropole than a suite at the JW. Also to consider if you’re a fan of highly styled hotels, The Capella just across the street from the Metropole. You may have seen my review of the Capella Bangkok and wondering why I’m recommending another. Well, in BKK my main complaint was the (way too) understated design. The Hanoi property is designed by Bill Bensley who has designed many iconic (a bit over the top) properties in Vietnam and around SE Asia. Worth a peek if In your budget, I’ll be trying it out later this year. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Been looking at where to stay in Hanoi as there are so many options but your review sold me on booking here - love the map location overview - any comments on catching a taxi or being drop near hotel when streets are closed during the weekend?
Too pricy for this Australian but great value for AUS $89 a night. Official direct room rate was $151 for their cheapest room. Last time I was in Hanoi I paid $65 for a boutique but less fancier hotel.
Cám on ban. Minh o đây 4 đêm khách sạn đẹp hơi nhỏ, giường sát bên phòng tắm nên nghe mùi nước tiểu, đi dịp Noel nên rất mắc, $220/ night I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is nice and a bit small. The bed is next to the bathroom so I smelled urine. I went during Christmas so it was expensive $220/night. With this price I’m disappointed

Lmao this isn't even remotely affordable. It's 3 star hotel with 5 star pricing. So disappointed with this channel.
I really enjoyed your review, honest and great quality all needed information to know.
Thanks very much 🙏🏻

The staff will help you with your bags to an area where you can catch a ride. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
This hotel is so beautiful
Yes it is!
Have you been to La Siesta Hang Thung? Never been to this chain but heard it’s new & nice location too.
No I haven’t
Was this La Sinfonia del Rey?
Sorry, no this is La Siesta Hang Be. The information in the video/content is accurate.
