I finally got it! I didn't want to use WD-40 because of the odor, but found "White Lithium Grease" which is PERFECT. No more squeaks. @@CrandallOfficeFurniture
I finally found how to do it. You have to press it while the seat is pushed all the way. Then the white button is pressing against another white block. You press it, unlock the seat slide, and push.
I’ve got 2 of these chairs and finding it impossible to remove the seat
