Noticed that there wasn't any video with the original C&C Commando quotes by themselves, or that didn't have some music in the background. So I thought I'd correct that with this video.
In the manual for the original coming to Concord south at the house at 50 caliber raptor with a silencer yes that’s a made up weapon but it’s not a shotgun anyway so much personality in this character just buy these few lines and his abilities
Nice, i never play the first C&C but i played General intensively throughout my younger years. Right now I'm busy making my first manga to submit on next year's Ozamu Tezuka Contest.
If you wanna attempt a Cosplay of a tib dawn Commando Get these items: A simple T-shirt (Preferably in green or drab coloration or Tan or Red for either side). BDU Pant's (Likely Tan or Black depending on side). LC-2 ALICE Webbing pus belt (In black as shown on the portrait. You also want the grey quick release buckle). Combat Boots, or Jungle boots. (up to you) A single Alice M-16 Mag pouch. A red beret. A cigarette. A Mossberg 500 Shotgun (Real or Airsoft up to you). Or if you want to be accurate to in game grab a Marksman Rifle of your choice. and finally: 4 Mk2 Fragmentation Grenades. (6 if you add another mag pouch) And if you want a more "Realistic" Approach get a Alice Buttpack (yes a real thing, and it can carry C4 as well) and at least one Canteen pouch and canteen, plus an additional Mag Pouch and 2 more grenades (As the mag pouches have slots dedicated for grenades). They might not be as well characterized as the Tanyas, Boris, Nick Seymour Parker, Col. Burton, and Jarmen Kell, but boy, are they still a fun bunch... as long as they blow up the right building. Believe me, the Airstrip is just way too obvious.
Really? I didn't even realize it was a re-color lol. I thought it was some old promotional artwork for the game in a magazine or something. Only other image of it is the black and white one in the manual.
@@Jethild Ah, nope, I made that. I did a lot of recolours of the grayscale stuff from the manual somewhere around 2006, for the icons of a ZH mod called "The First Tiberian War". Not sure if they ever ended up in it actually... the project kind of collapsed in 2007 IIRC.
@@DarthVader-1701 What 'original commando'? The image in the manual is grayscale, the sprite adapts to the side you're playing, and the colours used in the image in this video are based exactly on the colours of the Win95 icon.

It’s largely because quotes were reused in C&C3 GDI Commando unit.
