If there was one franchise from the 90's that deserved a movie, it was C&C Tiberium.
Well, in many ways TibSun is a 90's sci-fi movie, or at least that's what it heavily draws inspiration from (alongside some 80's sci-fi movies as well).
Pretty much. You know, I wouldn't mind a passion project with low budget that replicated the look of TibSun like how the Halo movie Forward Unto Dawn was made.
You could have the general plot be set in a battle between Nod And GDI with overall goal being to introduce viewers to the world through the focus lens of soldiers on the field. The film could end with the conclusion that the movie was just another failed attempt by the player commander to be their opposition, and so they roll in a new force to do the same trick twice.
Nice to see somebody remembering the Prototype Powersuit from Tib dawn.

The atmosphere was complimented with a Lovecraftian vibe about Tiberium and the Tacitus; always with more questions than answers. It invited the imagination to run wild.

I have to say that I like Titan and Wolverine Mockups more than actual TS designs - mostly because it looks like they tried to make them as short as possible

I love this because it just looks like tiberium sun... which is a 90's scifi/postapocalyptic RTS, this feels right and normal. in fact I may use some of this on something I'm working on as concept.
The Nod generals uniforms remind me very much of the 80s Dune movie. I'd watch it for sure.

The Tib universe is a masterpiece of worldbuilding. Simplicity and style, political undertones, and a good helping of 80's-90's ham. A recipe for greatness.
Willem Dafoe really stepped up into his role as Cyborg No. 28. I mean, yeah he was a villain, but his story arc was so well written and executed that it was hard to see him get rekt when that firing line of Wolverines just shredded him.
Thing is, these fit perfectly with the theme and setting already
At some point in the not so distant future AI will be able to make this movie.

The overall outfit and gear of the poster guy is historically accurate because this is what today's soldier were typically equip with before entering into battle. This shows that the Westwood company was way ahead of their time by judging how they predict the future.

This is all pretty cool - but honestly you can't do much better than the OG casting for most of the principle cast. Joe Kucan? Michael Beihn? James Earl Jones? Not too shabby. The dude who plays Slavik is fuckin' dope too.
Part of what I love about TibSun's cinematics is the clear influence from 80s and 90s scifi/action flicks. TibSun slots right in with Dune, Total Recall, RoboCop, Terminator, Starship Troopers, Aliens, etc. The newer cinematics, while still fun, didn't have that same pedigree. Combined with the gameplay of the newer CNCs, it just feels cartoony, like WarCraft or something, rather than the drab, desolate post-apocalyptic nightmare that TibSun's universe ought to be.
The same thing happened to Diablo, Mass Effect and Deus Ex. There's this inimitable, essential quality to those games' tones that they just could never fully replicate in the sequels - or didn't bother to try. It's part of the juice that keeps me coming back to those OG games years later. Perhaps it just can't be recaptured, this elusive thing.
I actually need this, but done by an Eastern studio, because Hollywood would just fuck it up.

I only really like the first 2 (cover guy and gdi soldier) however the "GDI soldier" doesnt look fine as standard infantry but I could imagine said design for some kind of moon or mars mission bonus... later the nod soldier looks also interesting, but the elite cadre goes too much into the stormtrooper vives... certain faces are also nice (I like oxanna and slavik, as they seem older like they would be having a role on something like tiberian incursion.

Tbh based on the art styles, it makes more sense for the timeline to be Original C&C -> C&C3 and KW -> Tiberian Sun as a post scrin dark future. We don't talk about C&C4.

Okay, now the entire Red Alert series by each games logic, the first in the 50s, the second in the late 60s early 70s, and I've got no clue when Red Alert 3 takes place, honestly, all the CNC games would be interesting.
The second is early 70s. The first iteration of the RA2 war ended with an Allied victory in late July 1972 per the magazines shown in the Allied ending.
