    Very easy. Buns are like a cloud. This is the perfect dough recipe! Why didn't I do this sooner? You will be amazed by its taste. Simple and delicious. This is a simple method, you won't believe how easy it is to do. Quick recipe. Cook for guests and for your family.

    Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm milk 300 ml
    - Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
    - Sugar 4 tbsp.
    - Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
    1. Mix with a whisk
    - Salt 1/2 tsp.
    - Baking powder 1 tbsp.
    - Egg 1 piece.
    - Vegetable oil 90 ml (6 tbsp)
    2. Mix all ingredients with a whisk
    - All-purpose wheat flour 730-770 g (add in parts)
    3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
    4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
    5. Place the dough on the table
    6. Knead for 5-6 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
    7. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
    8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
    9. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
    10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
    11. Dough weight 1216 g.
    12. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts
    13. Roll them into a ball
    14. Place each ball on baking paper
    15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
    16. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
    17. Roll out the dough into a circle (12-14 cm).
    18. Push into the middle
    19. Make cuts, repeat after me

    25. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes

    29. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 24-26 minutes
