What a good video sir, perfect tone of voice, perfect speed and duration, illustrative background images... Very good video. Congrats and thank you very much for the tips! new sub here😎
1:55 the comment: "I can't find cash registers" is because your cashier is too close to the entrance, and the customers are queue'ing outside the building. Right mouse click on the cash register, and manually move your line away from the door.
Clothing and law are currently the best businesses to open! And you're right about big buildings, the next video I'll upload talks about the importance of this and how it effects customers per hour.
I already have good amount of fortune until some point where the quest getting crazy and i got bored to finish it. But just some tips that get me around 1M/day early game (around the first tax so day 50 maybe). Oh, and this in hard mode From the first quest to build gift shop, find a good place with high capacity and traffic in garment district (ignore the quest that ask you for 75m2 building and find the best one). While working there (try 8-10 hours schedule), start training 3 CS till 100%. Probably need around 1 week. Then just start to open the gift shop for 21 hours/7days, 1 CS for 7 hours a day. This could get you around 20-30k stable profit a day. Then next is making clothes shop, try to find place with capacity 75 and traffic 48ish. After that focus on making jewelry store with similar capacity and traffic like clothes shop, and law firm with 50 capacity and traffic also above 45. When those up and running (probaby will have 500-700k profit/day), save money to buy other law firm and clothes store until you're the only store in midtown. With these build, i could gain 1M, then slowly rise to 1.7m/day (i want to say 2M but the 300 is from other mini stores i made). And dont forget to build warehouse, driver, and logistic in the middle, since you need lot of clothes supply for shop in midtown.
Side note for people that get tired of building stores......... u can purchase- takeover existing stores in game. its what i began doing. although so far they been big money pits lol. but i buying in starter district. and just learning how and if its worth doing. now that i realized all their workers were getting paid 60-80 an HOUR.......... i fired them all and replaced them with 30-35 dollar workers. so maybe i start making money. which i should i that was my main expense. so yea watch for that. i play on hard mode. game seems to kinda snowball. god i hate the traffic, narrow roads. i would love to drive the BIG truck but sadly anytime i park in spot traffic gets blocked up then i cant get out. imove over so traffic can flow i get tickets. like come on...... hopefully dev sees that issue and i assume simplest solution be make the truck smaller scale.... personally i think all the vehicles need shrunk down anothe 20%. or roads widden. which i bet is impossible at this point. as i learning basic map- coding etc.
1:50 Queue's inside the shop mean NOTHING. These are graphics, purely for show. ONLY the traffic and capacity, product pricing, and the time of day will affect sales.
Does security have to be the same uniform as customer service and cleaners? Cause if so that sucks. Uniforms shouldn't affect your business. I want my customer service to wear one uniform then the cleaners to wear the same thing with an apron, and security with the security vest
I thought the lines in stores are just for looks. My store only handles 15 customers and i have 15/15 but theres still lines, no point in wasting for more expensive cashier register or hiring another employee.
I've just tested this out, medium is useful. Each business is different as it says in the game, I've reached full potential with small and medium campaigns, I've left out large billboards which cost 6k per day so I'm saving a lot of money
I believe the HK bank lets you take out a 200-800K loan? that should easily be enough to dig yourself out. If you have lawyers, charge $800/h for their services, if you have web developers, charge $350/h. Just my one law office with 93% is running nearly 200k a day profit, and I'm like 95% sure I have far from optimized it. It's like 120k to start a 10 lawyer office. If it's a specific shop, you can usually increase prices by 10% if you sell high demand stuff, and staff are a cost so the fewer people you can use to get the job done the better. 3 checkout counters versus 5 registers means you are saving yourself like $200 a day, which for burger joints and such make a difference.
2:25 "nothing fancy, just change it from the default look." This is WRONG. Unless you spend more than five thousand dollars on the interior, you will gain ZERO benefit from improving the floor and walls.
3:10 Your HR Manager can handle only ten workers. This is absurd. An HR Manager trained to 100% can handle double that. In your case, having a crap manager severely limits how much you can train your other workers.
i didnt know till this video u can sell any item in any store. i wish they say that in game somewhere......... with that said i also understand u have a hard time selling say expensive jewlry at fastfood join cause people wont being going to that local for that item. i get-understand that. still i assume its still possible to still sell it at fastfood place. just wont sell very many. Also Big money tips imo..... every sunday at noon have ur money spent or invested so ur not paying the bank fees for holding the cash........ keep track of ur days, before tax time buy ur big purchases. vehicles, building or whatever. might as well spend that money or 30% gets taken anyways........
I understand that you have 77k sales for 24hrs over 26k for 8hrs. But you didn't show the real income with salary... it probably worth it yes because you pay the same rent for the building, but it's probably not 3x more income...
Really good video! Thanks for the tips. Great quality for such a small channel. Wish you luck!
Thank you very much for that comment!

I appreciate the comment, it does take a bit longer to make videos but I prefer quality over quantity

but in that clip my cashiers are not next to the door? That building is small but they were placed on the opposite side
big tip. start a clothing shop in a big building. i made 300k to 500k a day from one
Clothing and law are currently the best businesses to open! And you're right about big buildings, the next video I'll upload talks about the importance of this and how it effects customers per hour.
You can train your employees before getting a HR manager
Yea but I'm wondering if it's worth it as it's not that hard getting a HR Manager, doesn't cost much either if you get someone with no demands
@@Kingpin2 Its worth it IMO. Every day you train the employee their skill goes up by 10%. HR is a little slower from what I've seen.
@@drexxingaming4076agree. Train is 10% while HR only 2%. And with a good sales shop, training cost seems like nothing

liked and subed i love this game just started playing! this video helps so much thanks bro looking forward for the next ones

That's a good tip, not really tried buying other stores yet so will see how that goes!
"heich arr manager" , loved it 😁

That's a shame, it would be nice to see queues. Thanks for the tips!
@@Kingpin2 i think other youtuber also found that when you walk into your store it some reasons brings down your visits from people for some reason
Thanks for the video
No problem! I appreciate the comment

I think they just need A uniform, not the same uniform. You should be able to outfit them with separate ones.
running all 6 ads isnt a good idea, billboard large will give 100% so unless there is a hidden % behind that, you'll be wasting money
True! I've updated the advice on the newer videos!
I thought the lines in stores are just for looks. My store only handles 15 customers and i have 15/15 but theres still lines, no point in wasting for more expensive cashier register or hiring another employee.
3:46 NO. You can run small and large advertising campaigns, and gain FULL benefit. Running medium in addition to these two is TOTALLY USELESS.
Really? Most likely that's a bug then, it'll probably fixed in the future
I've just tested this out, medium is useful. Each business is different as it says in the game, I've reached full potential with small and medium campaigns, I've left out large billboards which cost 6k per day so I'm saving a lot of money
I went into negative income twice and i don't know how to get out of that... Has anyone been able to get out of negative income in this game...
Also bancrupt. Just start again new game, more carefull and without so big debt 😢

I must have been spending over 5k each time I changed my walls and floors without knowing, thanks for the feedback!
3:10 Your HR Manager can handle only ten workers. This is absurd. An HR Manager trained to 100% can handle double that. In your case, having a crap manager severely limits how much you can train your other workers.
I forgot to say "to start off a HR manager can only handle 10"
a good hint is to have as soon as possible 2 HR managers - and have one looking for the other.
