Your employees were always unsatisfied because you scheduled them for over 40 hours per week and over 5 days a week. If you put them back down to 40 hours, they instantly become satisfied.
The full-time limit is 30-50, the part time is (I think) 10-30. But yeah, it's actually fairly easy to fulfill their wants (except the ones who only want to work specific days or something).
I am honestly impressed on how horrible Matt is able to run these places O.o Like, not even trying to hire 2 people per place just to have them take shifts...
After watching other people play this game, here are some tips: - avoid sleeping in the car; it doesn't restore as much energy as the bed and is bad for morale - I can't remember the name but there is another wholesaler that is cheaper - repairing the car is expensive, you need to drive the car to a gas station to repair it - Jennifer resigned because she was overworked (if employees work more than what they want, their satisfaction will drop really fast and they will resign) for example, if someone wants to work full-time, they need to work less than 50 hours a week - food doesn't restore energy
The employees have "needs" (part-time, no cleaning, ...). Some are high impact, some are low impact. If you match them, happiness goes up. If you don't match them, happiness goes down. Quite simple tbh.
No joke! I had a 24-hour observation a few months back. Got my bill, and it was $2,100. The only "medication" I got was saline and I was restricted to a liquid diet the entire time. Without insurance, my bill was showing over $10,000. Healthcare in America is a joke.
@@justinccole0990 Apparently the trick is to demand an itemized bill (as in the actual bill is broken down item by item for what you've been charged) and then just start contesting absolutely everything. Heard more than a few times already that this works disgustingly well. Apparently robbing the absolute shit out of you is the default "bill" they give you :P
wouldnt the donut shop been better bc it's 99% in demand but there are 0 places that serve them (as opposed to the 18 places you can get a burger) or am i reading that wrong
Considering engineers and their lack of imagination or aesthetic appreciation an engineered burger would be the plainest, blandest burger you can possibly imagine. It would be like eating a wafer of compressed dirt between 2 pieces of cardboard with a pickle in the middle.
Mr engineer I have a tip for you if you want to block traffic lol Just go into your shop and keep grabbing hand cards put the hand cards in the middle of the lanes and it will block traffic indefinitely until you move them That's what I did on my street lol
Sees the business next door is busy "Oh they have more registers....must be that".... Might also be the multiple tables (for real, who's sitting at a booth with a stranger? I tried that shit at a McDonalds once, it wasn't appreciated), or the presentation, the music, the decorations....all those pesky things that the people keep trying to tell you in your own place :P
Nah, Matt is a minimalist. You only need one of each to run a shop! Folks should be glad Matt wasn't responsible for the lights, or else there would only be one on each ceiling.
Yea I saw a news story a couple years back. This guy and his pregnant wife were on the way to the hospital when her water broke (literally around the block from the ER). It was go time so he called 911 and helped his wife, the baby was delivered in the back seat of the car. The ambulance got there and drove the mom and baby, no joke, like 500 meters back to the hospital...charged em 3500$...per person....the baby was a person in that equation. 7000$ for an ambulance ride across a parking lot, basically... It's no wonder there are videos of people legit running away as soon as an ambulance is called...
Oh america... here in germany I had an accident and spent 5 days in the hospital - got charged 10 bucks per day plus another 10 for the ambulance ride.
I think that's the whole idea .. I don't want to believe he is this bad at a game .. when he wanted to open the burger place with the register on the floor there was a red warning he seemingly ignored.

I used to work 12hrs a day
Everyday for years.
Construction/building houses.
I retired at 40 yrs old

Yeah but what about in the game?
Matt: Why all my employees resigning?
Also Matt: 168h/week job

When I saw that hospital bill I was happy to learn they aren't playing around with the realism lol
That was so cheap:P
yea if it was real life the starter job would pay a tenth as much and the hospital stay would cost 100 grand
11:19 to be fair if these videos were somehow being made in Movie Maker I'd be very impressed xD
I came to this channel for serene gameplay, I stayed for the Storytimes with Matt 🥲
Love that Matt's driving on the wrong side of the road, parking the wrong way, just generally being wrong about all the traffic stuff
I prefer the term "british" rather than wrong 😅

Matt just casually driving and parking in the wrong lane and being an absolute menace on the road 😂

Matt loves to drink his architects tears. Along with a Good cup of tea
HIS architect tears?! I KNEW IT RCE LIED TO US!!! WE SHOULD CALL HIM RCA!!
I’m loving this, can’t wait to see you exploit the burger place some more. You should hire more employees so it practically runs itself!
Big ambitions is like the Costco version of Great Expectations lol
In this game, you don’t need to go to the recruiting office every time you can just call them from now on in your contacts
I've been hoping for another episode of this!
