In the video, he is playing a Laney Ironheart. I don't know if that is what he actually used, but it might be a place to start. I am assuming a cab with Vintage 30s too. I am trying to determine what tuning they are in, as I plan on tuning my Jackson B7 to it.

You say it like there's such a difference in tone between down-tuned 6, and 7-string guitars that you'd love one and hate the other. Yes, there's a bit of character, but I doubt you (or I) can tell which is a 7-string and which is a 6-string tuned to B in a blind test. Unless you mean "I don't like low-tuned guitars overall".
Gabriel Martins I can tell between a 7 string and when someone like Zakk Wylde tunes his top string to an A or B for sure. There is a difference. To me anyway. I don’t mind down tuned stuff. I personally wouldn’t tune no lower than D standard or C# standard. Things start getting a little muddy after that.
You're delusional. I'd love to do a blind test with you. Same tuning, same scale length, same body shape, same string gauges, just a different number of strings. I'd bet money and leave rich.
PV5150II it's kinda not as hard as you would think to tell the difference, a standard 7 string tuning is B standard, which if you drop the B string it's now in drop A, and to me, songs in drop A six sound a bit... loose and sloppy because the tuning is so low, while drop A seven sound tighter, not saying neither is bad, but I think 7 strings are superior because you can play in four tunings and all you got to do is change two strings (E standard, drop D, B standard, drop A) to me I just rather 7 strings because you can do more with them
