Adding chia seed before blending will make the shake slimy. I always add soaked chia seed after I blend everything. Otherwise it's a best recipe 👏👏

Got some inspiration from this video I composed my "breakfast" as of late which is when you think about it more like overnight oats with dates fruits. Its like about half the ingredients minus the banana plus half a serving of protein powder.
