@@DrHarley When doing holes in metal, and are trying to find center of a mounting point, I use a set on “Door Hinge Centering Punches”. Using the “Door Hinge Centering Punches” the hole you are trying to find center, fit the outside of the hole you using as template; as the punches come in a set of different outside dimensions; forcing the hole to be centered all the time. A cheap set can be purchased at Harbor Freight. Try it, you’ll like it. 😀👍 Thats my “little cheat” 💯
