Headquake137. Love your stuff. Sorry about your loss of Orange kitty, was always cool to see the cat show up and bring your trucks back into perspective.
Headquake.......same comment here too as posted by others above. Absolutely love your videos. Everything absolutely original, video style build style. That’s what sets true artists and craftsmen above the rest. Wife isn’t into rc’s but loved to watch your videos wile I watched. When we saw how your Cat video started off we both knew what was probably coming. Don’t know personally you or your kitty but we both caught a heartfelt tear for you. Always gave your videos that little something extra that personalized your posts. So heartfelt condolences for a special little fuzzy from over 50 yr old fans over a thousand miles away. Never stop doing what you do. Sharing your talent and passion is greatly appreciated.
"This is my Trekker....there are many like it.....but this one is mine!" This is just another fantastic build. Wow wow wow!!! That suspension is bonkers!
Scale can never go out of style because when done well it’s deeply evocative, which is something that’s hard wired into our little human brains. Much like modeling, old guys will keep doing crazy builds that blow minds, young people will remember their minds getting blown and get into it, and so people will be doing it in one form or another 50 years from now. And another 50. And so on down the generations.
Here in Kansas City Missouri there's a toy miniature museum with a whole section, literally dedicated to miniatures. There's some really beautiful and crazy stuff in there
I watch this video at least twice a year and download to every new phone. This system of suspension is still the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in scale rc. I’d really like to see setups for smaller scales. Preferably 1/18.
DUDE!!!!! That has got to be the coolest freaking thing that I have ever seen when it comes to innovation in the hobby! That's amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Pretty cool stuff! Scale will always be in style. I’m waiting on the “build a REAL car only 1/10 and rc” era that I hope this hobby moves towards. Metal in it’s place and textiles in it’s place. Would probably bring back some memories for you.
You knocked it out of the park Matt!!!! Chip Foose told me his favorite thing is when people can't exactly figure out what he did to a car but they think it looks amazing, I think you pulled that off beautifully!!!! Good job
Holy shit. I’ve imagined something like this but never thought about how it would work. I imagined the servos as “adjustable ride height” but never imagined it could be controlled by a computer in such a way to create this realism. I am amazed and cannot wait to see what else comes along.
Trekker looks great! I dusted off an old SCX10 II from my shelf just to put the SuperScale kit on it. My kids love pushing on the suspension to watch it move around.
This is probably the most incredible mod I've seen so far. I will do this. As an application, this could easily be reprogrammed to be active suspension in a positive way, pushing the body so it wont roll, etc. All the hardware necessary is there. Very nice truck, what a beauty!
You once again went over the top in this hobby,if there was to have competition in this type of build everybody would have a hard time beating you 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆keep up the great work you do for this hobby. Thank you 😊
i think if you could reverse the action of movement for the "weight distribution" it would essentially walk over obstacles due to centering the weight constantly on a level because the gyro lol
Definitely something that I can see myself doing in the not to distant future, it will be great for my video's. It really is so awesome to see products being aim at scale over performance.
Really cool to see that system on a crawler, have just seen it on the drifter that the creator built. Great to have you back in the shop! Myself hav just been out of my "shop" for the first time in ages, finished my SCX10 3 last night and got it out on some rocks today and got really disapointed with it
This is AWESOME! I remember when the social media videos first started floating around on this active suspension I was hooked but I thought it was a one off, I need this!
Matty, hands down favorite truck I’ve seen this year! Might have to do it to an oem 69’ blazer build big body small tires could be a lot of fun! Cheers
Great now I need this for my LC80 Sooty build, which come to think of it.. has also been going on for 2 years+. Joys of a full custom build. It does look oh so amazing! Great video, was nice to see more detail about this system :)
Very cool, Matt. This is my next project. Thanks for the parts list as well. Now I just have to decide what chassis and body I am going to use. Thinking an LC70 Killerbody.
bloody love it ol son!!... No matter what RC Flag ya fly, crawler, sport flyer, drag boat racin or even 1 of those nutters who love tuk-tuk's an dancin riders!.... Some bugger always comes along an makes it just that bit better. Thankyou Mr Superscale2020...... "THE" ultimate "you really want thing" for ya scale hobby cheers for the vid mattman.... from ya Aussie m8 downunder!!
I just want to get it so I can install it into a van and set it on constant motion and put a bumper sticker on the back window saying “If this vans a rockin, don’t come a knockin”. Project done. Just sit on the shelf and watch it rock.
That's impressive and quite awesome! I wouldn't mind putting one of these in a build. Thank you for another workshop/bench video as well as some trail clips! Keep up the awesome work
Awesome! I have this active suspension unit in my TRX-4 since 2 years. I love how it works! Now I’m trying to figure out a way to install it in a RC4WD TF2 leaf sprung truck. It’s a bit challenging without spring loaded shocks.
I,d love to have something like this setup in my trx4 sport kit i got together and been running it a lot now . and it look great at the creek too , the last time i had it there .
It's a really nice system. Stating the kinda obvious, the whole system, used as intended, doesn't lean towards performance but the idea of mounting your shocks to a "smart" servo might.
Wow. Pretty neat stuff Matt, thanks for the demo. Bring it out to the H.O.P. for a ride sometime.
I’d like that a lot Rick! Hopefully soon!
Headquake137. Love your stuff. Sorry about your loss of Orange kitty, was always cool to see the cat show up and bring your trucks back into perspective.
Your rigs have such amazingly realistic suspension! Are you using a similar system? I love your channel and will also miss Oranges! 😌

4 years later and the trekker is still your coolest rig.
Thank you!
Hopefully the hobby can continue to increase realism without sacrificing performance.
I love the fact that this hobby is going in many different directions and very rapidly doing so I think we should all support all forms of RC
I love how giddy you are about this build and the system...brings out the kid in all of us...
"This is my Trekker....there are many like it.....but this one is mine!" This is just another fantastic build. Wow wow wow!!! That suspension is bonkers!

this is game changing!!! i can see big companies applying this to their products in the future.
I watch this video at least twice a year and download to every new phone. This system of suspension is still the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in scale rc.
I’d really like to see setups for smaller scales. Preferably 1/18.

Cannot believe where the hobby has gotten to.....amazing
That looks so cool. It’s like it’s in slow motion without the slow motion! Great job on the truck!
That has to be the sweetest thing I've seen in the RC world. Great job.
Holy shit. I’ve imagined something like this but never thought about how it would work. I imagined the servos as “adjustable ride height” but never imagined it could be controlled by a computer in such a way to create this realism. I am amazed and cannot wait to see what else comes along.
Glad you finally got a break and have the time to enjoy yourself and the hobby again.
Really appreciate the Toyota Lore.
Learned something new.
Coming from a die hard Land Cruiser guy.
As soon as you picked up that front tire, I knew I had to have one! So cool! Great to see you back in the shop
Getting back into the hobby after a 9-10 year hiatus...damn things have changed! I need this now. Been binging your channel, great stuff man.
Welcome back to the hobby! There have definitely been a lot of changes to the hobby, most for the better! Thanks for watching!
Happy that you're back doing these shop videos. SBG is my happy place.
That might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Beautiful truck dude. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Trekker looks great! I dusted off an old SCX10 II from my shelf just to put the SuperScale kit on it. My kids love pushing on the suspension to watch it move around.
this is probably the coolest upgrade i've ever seen... I need one now
I could see a sound kit and some quiet suspension servos taking it into a new realm of in person realism.
Well done. Nice to see you back in the saddle.
More to come!
Love that body, color scheme is great
9:45 made me cackle!! I was waiting on the "adult dance" music to kick in!! 🤣🤣🤣
That truck came out great, very creative on the suspension. Good to see ya making videos again, welcome back!!!
This is probably the most incredible mod I've seen so far. I will do this. As an application, this could easily be reprogrammed to be active suspension in a positive way, pushing the body so it wont roll, etc. All the hardware necessary is there. Very nice truck, what a beauty!
Thank you!
Very cool feature. Definitely adds to the realism of a trail run. Thanks for sharing this active suspension system. 👍
You bet, thanks for watching!
That is sweet! Question... If you mounted the brains backwards, would it raise the front when descending and rear when ascending?
Yep, absolutely. You can choose the orientation of the servos in the choice of firmware.
I think it's absolutely brilliant! Can't wait to have it installed on my trx4!
Mind blown! I know this is old but I’d love to see more trail runs or just goofing around with this build if you still have it.
Sold to a friend not too long ago. He’s taking good care of it. Thanks for watching!
Just when you think RC couldn't possibly get more scale, they do this! WHaaat?? Very impressive.
Love it! One of my favorite parts of crawling is watching the suspension work..this just brings it to the next level.👌
That's so awesome. Love the fluent motion. Awesome build
Thank you 🤗
The answer to each of your questions is yes. I can definitely see myself installing one of these systems in my truck. Thanks for showing it off. 👍
best scale suspension ever......big thumbs up👍👍
May have to do a build including this setup
Awesome build. Awesome technology. I’ve never heard of trekkers before..cool
I feel a scale build coming
I almost thought you went full Aaron for a month there! Great to see ya back and thanks for the video!
Definitely a super cool piece of kit. Looks right at home in the Trekker! 😃👍🏼
Thanks Chris! It took a lot of doing to get it shoehorned in there!
Amazing realism. Great looking truck
Thank you very much!
just watched like 30 rc4wd trail finder videos and this is exactly what i was missing... soft suspension movement... and here it is :-)
Yes nice to see you back , toyota is awesome
More to come!
Bought one of these systems a few months ago. Saw it and had to have it. Just haven't decided which truck to put it in. Cool truck!
Awesome active suspension demonstration. This system looks perfect for RC videoS for years to come!
The servo squeak adds too the movement. This is really cool and I would like to see more trail videos of it at least.
Trail run vid hopefully Thursday!
It would be fun putting this on my COE Rat Rod. Very good job, I love the Trekker.
RC Airbags!!! Im into it....looks super realistic
wow that's amazing ! but how do you mount the servos on the axle like what does it connect to
If you watch the whole video, it’s shown that the servos connect to the shocks.
@@scalebuildersguild ok I watched it must have missed that part
Your truck turned out sweet.. and I think the more realistic look the better.. you do amazing work...
Definitely something that I can see myself doing in the not to distant future, it will be great for my video's. It really is so awesome to see products being aim at scale over performance.

I put a 12 turn Tekin in my trx4 sport kit build. Absolutely love it.
Matty, hands down favorite truck I’ve seen this year! Might have to do it to an oem 69’ blazer build big body small tires could be a lot of fun! Cheers
awesome that is soo realistic...love it,great to see u back and great video Matt
Really enjoyed when you sang for Primus - Mud, great song! 👍
Nice to see a new video. That suspension is hilarious. Really cool.
Real men are made of styrene. Love the truck.
Great now I need this for my LC80 Sooty build, which come to think of it.. has also been going on for 2 years+. Joys of a full custom build. It does look oh so amazing! Great video, was nice to see more detail about this system :)
Glad to see you back mate. I hope you keep on rolling them out again
Great to see ya matt!! And this wonderful truck!
Hafa adai from the tiny island of Guam! I really enjoyed this video! Awesome build!
That's absolutely incredible! Great job
Another Nice RC and Glade your back from Work and making RC content !!
Very cool, Matt. This is my next project. Thanks for the parts list as well. Now I just have to decide what chassis and body I am going to use. Thinking an LC70 Killerbody.

That's awesome! Just need it for a trail finder now!
looks incredible with the scale movement.
I just want to get it so I can install it into a van and set it on constant motion and put a bumper sticker on the back window saying “If this vans a rockin, don’t come a knockin”. Project done. Just sit on the shelf and watch it rock.
Super rad setup. The trekker itself is so cool too! I’d love to see more trail footage
Not to worry! Full trail video later this week!
You never cease to amaze me. Incredible build! Wow. Just wow. 👍✌️
Thank you!
great to see this new awesome build . will be on my list for the next build when i finaly get some more VP axles ....
I can’t believe I’m just now learning this!!! Absolutely amazing!!
Super sweet!! Thanks for sharing. Now I just need to built a new truck to use this!
Can you mount a driver and connect some action that makes the driver bounce around scale like? That would be unreal
Thanks for the video. This suspension is supercool. I need one for my TRX-4 Blazer.
Good to see you presenting another SBG again, Trekker looks fun, high tech stuff, thank you ✌
Oh my God this is such a cool trekker sir. You do great work love this channel!!
Thank you!
That's impressive and quite awesome! I wouldn't mind putting one of these in a build.
Thank you for another workshop/bench video as well as some trail clips! Keep up the awesome work
My pleasure!
This is awesome!!! I'm all for realism!!!
Love it bro . Looking forward to the running video of this or videos
Awesome! I have this active suspension unit in my TRX-4 since 2 years. I love how it works!
Now I’m trying to figure out a way to install it in a RC4WD TF2 leaf sprung truck. It’s a bit challenging without spring loaded shocks.
Any way you could mock up a fake sway bar to run across the axle to the servos? Still scale but adds the attachment points needed.
@@killersquirrel16 ok, that's a good idea! I'll check it out 👍
Very neat system and great presentation. Great work on this truck!
Thank you very much!
Thanks for sharing this super cool project.
I know I'm really digging in the past on this video, but could you imagine this on large scale scx6? especially with all the extra room on the truck?
This is fantastic, with the right setup I’d say you could fool someone with that dynamic suspension.
I,d love to have something like this setup in my trx4 sport kit i got together and been running it a lot now . and it look great at the creek too , the last time i had it there .
The truck looks great and I always look forward to your new videos.
Welcome back !!! Just another ingenious realism to the hobby...non - Comp. But looks so real in action...
It's a really nice system. Stating the kinda obvious, the whole system, used as intended, doesn't lean towards performance but the idea of mounting your shocks to a "smart" servo might.
Love the way it all works together
Man that thing is awesome
I love it. I definitely want to try that system on my TF2 or any of my other crawler’s great video as usual.
Awesome job Matt.👍
