While you can back it up to iCloud, some data isn't backed up, and restoring a device from the cloud can take a long time. After I tried several software solutions to backing up and restoring Apple devices, I think "imazing" is one of the best if not "the best." I have purchased the "bundle:" a copy for IOS and Windows.

How are multiple users in a household supported? Do they need their own user profile with iMazing running on the Mac or Windows machine or will one running instance support multiple devices with multiple users?
Hello! We have 2 kinds of licenses:
1. Device Lifetime license
You link your iPhone, iPad, or iPod devices to iMazing in order to use premium features. This type of license is great if you only need iMazing for a few mobile devices - you’ll know that you can use iMazing on any computer, Mac or PC, with your licensed devices for their entire lifetime. No recurring cost, extend your license only when you get a new mobile device.
2. Subscriptions (Unlimited Devices and Business licenses)
Our subscriptions offer the use of iMazing with any number of iOS devices but limit the number of PC or Mac computers you can activate iMazing on. Ideal if you use iMazing with more than 3 new mobile devices per year.
Please note that for all the licenses above, major upgrades are included at no extra charge.

It seems like this requires the user to be near his phone to put in the code for each back-up. This would ruin overnight backups while sleeping since you would have to get up and punch the code in the phone. Is that correct, or is there a way around it?
Unfortunately this is due to a security measure Apple enforced and against which we are actively campaigning, which is also sadly all we can do about it, as by no means we could circumvent App's security policies. More details are available here: imazing.com/blog/ios-backup-passcode-prompt
Is it possible to just back up the iPhone photo album?
Hi there,
Unfortunately, you can't choose what to backup, all the data which is on your iOS device will be backed up. You can, however, choose which types of data you'd like to restore and you can also export only the photos to your Mac or PC. We have the "Export All Data" feature which lets you export all data or specific sets based on your needs and preferences. It would be extremely usefull if one or more exports can be executed automatically after an iMazing Mini backup. Ideally, I could per device create one or more exports, where all manual input is already predefined. Eg iPhone: After backup export photos to NAS\Folder1\ + Contacts to C:\Backup\ and iPad: export photos to NAS\Folder2\
I would happily pay another license just for this feature.
Adding Automator Actions would be an alternative (but is not preferred).
