someone just took my iphone xs max yesterday Friday, April 26th. He asked me if he can use my phone to call his mom to come pick him up and i said of course you can. i gave him my phone and he called his mom. Then all of a sudden he done talking. then he said "bro i aint gone lie, I really need this, like i really do" he then pulls out a gun and i was so shooked and scared because this never happened to me :(. I was gone figured out a way to stop him but i was like, you can have it. i give him ma password and all. then he start running. Then i went to my sell provider (metro pcs), they search up my iphone on "Find my phone" (hopefully i said the correct name of the app)app and they black list my iphone. and they told me that the person that stole my phone, cant use it anymore even if he know my password. After he do all that, he told me i can just pay him $200 for a new iphone xs max because i got insurance on my phone which i was so happy about :))))). I was gonna file a police report on the person that stole my iphone but i didnt do it because he knows where i live at :( because this is like the 2th time he walked by my house :(. And so yea i dont wanna do it before he come back to where i live at and might do something dangerous to me and my whole family :(.
I recommend turning off all the options on allowing your iPhone to have access while locked, especially SIRI and voice control
Stick it to case of c4 with a remote you have at home.

in Passcode on the settings app you need to turn off Control Center on lock screen so no one can turn on Airplane Mode

If anyone powers off the phone it's most likely over. Find my iphone will only work until the thief turns it off.
