Just gorgeous!!! When you had to let the paint dry fully on the top before turning the rock over, how did you keep your paint from drying out since you were in the middle of mixed gradients?

Do the dotting tools have a flat surface or are they slightly rounded? I have some issues with spacing when the tool is completely flat and looking for something slightly rounded.
It's gradient colors like this that I have problems distinguishing the difference. You amaze me by putting all those tiny dots in between. But I think the center dot could have used something. But that's just me. I've never tried it, just looking.

I have a question do you dilute your pain or just straight out of the bottle ?
Very good question! I usually add thinner medium. That will help mix the paint and delay drying time. So I recommend liquitex thinner medium!
