Excellent video. Was only used to superior Tripac units that need rebuilds every 6 months to a year but are feature packed. This is such a counterintuitive way of running heat, but your video really helped me understand how to work the heat vs thinking the heat was broken. Thank you so much!
Hold the menu button, go to the setting to configure the system use the arrows to find the heater than press the menu button to select . At this point you should be able to see enable heater press menu to enable the heater. If you still need help message me on here.

If you set one of the timers to run the heater you will then be able to see the current temp
Ugggg its confusing lol. They just give me a new unit and cant still figure out😂

Why mine was saying disabled by fleet manager? When I push heat?

When I try turning on heat the control panel displays
