I wasted quarter of my mouth wash in a week using this waterflosser. Now i just use 100% water for the first spray and diluted my second spray with about 30% mouthwash
@alexander-yd3hz alcohol mouthwashes causes burning mouth, drying of the oral mucosa, softening effects on composite filling materials and mucosal pain. Use alcohol free mouthwashes!

If you are brushing for 2 min it shouldn’t be an issue. If you want to be super extra you can brush for 2 min, floss, go over with the waterflosser, then rinse with a fluoride mouthwash 🙂

Provided you do not have kidney issues , making beans a daily part of your life is extremely beneficial . You can opt for organic psyllium husk instead if you have kidney issues and can’t and shouldn’t eat beans .
@SleeplessinOC Thank you so much for this info, I haven't started to look into how to detox from mold, so what you shared is really helpful for me. Buy an electrolytic water cup directly, you can make mouthwash by yourself, add it to the water floss and use it more effectively
I refill mine about 4 or 5 times per use. If i start filling it with mouthwash im going to need to buy it by the gallon.
