- Fried banana fritters are a common Khmer snack, often eaten midday or after a meal. Bananas are flattened and placed into a batter before they're fried. Batter is made with rice flour, sesame seeds, salt, palm sugar, eggs whites, coconut milk, and slightly green bananas.
This is the best banana fritter that I have seen so far.
Have just returned from a trip to Cambodia and loved the food. 😋

I try dis at home..so delicious
I loved these as a child, my mom would buy them for me when she felt I was sad or near fridays, she only let me have one and a half because as tasty as those things where you'd get saw throats from the oil alone! But it was all worth it! Even to feel the hot oil burn at the end of your tongue for a few days!

You could have sprinkled sugar with cinnamon right after frying to make your fritters more appetizng...or have prepared caramel sauce,
choco-melt, cheese-melt, in separate squeeze bottles or plastic ...turnong those fritters into yummy strret food bites..
