So happy the judge didn't put restraining order on me my ex was lying so much telling him I hit her I neglected her and I kick them out from the house but luckily the judge saw through her bullshit 🙏🏼

My restraining order was real. My child’s father has denied everything. My fear is that the judge will think it was a power move for custody. There is no custody agreement yet. This is his 3rd custody battle by the way.
I received sole custody with the father getting visitation. The best advice I can give is to remain calm in all interactions. Document all communications. Only respond via email or if urgent text message. Do not engage in bait arguments. Even with abuse involved and a documented police statement by the fathers oldest daughter, he was still given time with child. The safest and most sane way to deal with them is to disengage from any negative behaviors. He had a tracking device put on my vehicle, slashed my tires among other things. Get cameras, protect yourself and stay ahead of the games. Also all child custody exchanges take place at the police department where I feel safe.

Can a custodial parent move out of the country with children even though the noncustodial parent has a visitation court order? I know one can move out of state. Most time the custodial parent has to provide the travel back and forth for the visits. But what is the case if the custodial parent wants to move half way across the world?
Rassoull Salaam typically, they must request permission from the court to make that move if the other parent doesn’t consent. But...the non moving parent probably can also file their own request to prevent the move or change the orders to reflect a new parenting plan based on the child being that far away. I'm going through this with my ex girlfriend. She has falsely accused me of abusing her. She has successfully alienated my child from me where I've had no contact with our child for 2 years now. On top of this I believe the judge to be biased. Her lawyer is a former mayor of her city. The judge is new to the bench since only the beginning of the year. I believe that her attorney and the judge have a previous and friendly relationship that is playing a role in keeping my daughter from me. I really don't know what to do. My heart is broken from not being able to be a part of my daughter's life for 2 years. I don't have the means to pay for all the investigations, to depose my ex, or to retain a good attorney.
