When someone accuses you of something you didn't do or are not doing they are falsely accusing you. False allegations are harmful to the person being falsely accused. The person making the false allegations has no right to expect the person they are falsely accusing to just accept the consequences of being falsely accused. When the person being falsely accused confronts the accuser the accuser does not become the victim by virtue of the fact that they are being called out for their false allegations. The person making the false allegations does not become the victim when they are confronted. They are not a victim, they are caught!
A corrupt politician got me arrested and lied she saw me with a stun gun at a meeting when she placed her hand on me to check for the stun gun and one of the cops at the meeting told me she can check whoever she wants when my public defender said she can't. I have to go to criminal court because of that snitch for the third time now and my local precinct refuses to provide me with a police report for an illegal search.
This is solid advice. Especially, "keep the truth on your side." Liars often lie repeatedly. Show a pattern of them lying...and of you being the truthteller. It happened to me. I overcame the false allegations. (Of course, the courts didn’t punish her for lying or perjury...so the courts enable that behavior.)

Well RUclips lied and accused me of a crime without any reason just for speaking the truth. I was punished and penalized and forced to confess or lose my account. Isn't it unlawful to punish someone for a crime that they did not commit? I was attacked for typing the word, Planned. I was wrongfully accused of stealing 90 thousand dollars worth of diamonds. I'd just left my job and the accuser was my ex employer. I was arrested, put in handcuffs in front of my neighbours. Had my house turned upside down and thrown in a cell. She had told the police that I was the only one in the house when this stuff went missing. I was never alone in the house. She had numerous staff and friends and family who were either at the house or called in throughout the day. I gave the police a list of the other staff names, family members and friends that had been in the house in my final week there. When the police told her they needed to interview these people, she immediately dropped the charges. My lawyer told me to get in touch with insurance fraud, as he suspected this was an insurance job. Months later my sobbing ex boss called me and apologised. She told me she'd found the diamonds in her bedside draw! This was three years ago but I still feel traumatised by what she did.

My sisters even lied in the Family courts but no way can I appeal. I know that they used coercive mental torture and abuse keeping me away from my dying mum . You cannot now appeal. Been told by my solicitor that they have been doing deals with the cos and that if I admit to two charges they will drop this. The trial was to be held on 9 September. He lied to me as well he would ask the police to come and take a statement about my two sisters who have abused me still waiting. I’ve been waiting for a year for this to go to court. The police have lied in their statement apparently the police have the power to crush your mobiles which they take off people illegally.

I did that. It has helped me a few times. They just back off seeing my smart phone in the T-shirt pocket projecting the camera lens outward. But not all dangerous situations can be evaded by camera.

I do video log but making sure no one is in background. I am treated poorly overall even meds mismanagement resulted in seizure might be off road now and quite cruel treatment around anorexia in general. Im 5 and half stone and unwell. I fell against wall and hit the torch and was immediately accused of recording even though its was accident. I cant use a hand bag as im the size of a 5 year old. Another time I was setting a timer and because the camera was facing a staff they accused me of recording them. I became angry because my watch was flat and my meds need a fasting period of one hour before eating. I am off balance. I now shut myself in my room. Being threatened with removal of phone so I'm just going to do it anyway and get mp3 and i suspect it will move to recording devices in my headset or mp3 player so the accusations won't stop with the phones gone. Its a pattern of behaviour. Im accused of being abusive when I wasn't though I have gotten angry at being discriminated against my weight. One particular lady twisted my very calm and collected complaint " I need to try these kids clothes as the adults fall off, I will not rip the clothes i have a bone deformity and anorexia and you have just embarrassed me", id like the manager. (I have a 21 inch waist and 30 hip corresponding to the sores 8-10 years and most of their wide cuts fit. I cant get most adult to stay om Im an experienced seamstress that can measure my body well and knew my size. I purchased the garments a week later from another store with nicer staff. That went from praise to a yelling match that never occurred so im going to request footage from the store. There was no roaring match.

I have been falsely accused of felony elder abuse likely to cause harm/death by 2 women who later admitted that the accusations they made against me were false and completely fabricated. My case will soon be dropped this month. Once I found out they admitted to having lied to the police I asked my public defender if these women will be charged with the crime they've committed against me to my surprise she said no they probably will not be charged with any crime. How can that be? Thats not justice in my eyes. Can they just brush me off like that? What do you do when someone makes false allegations of “harassment” and violating the workplace “violence” policy…? I’ve been suspended and now HR is making me write an “action plan” of how I will avoid further harassment violations. I asked her what her issue was with me. I didn’t block her from leaving, once I recognized she was uncomfortable, I left the room and allowed her to speak with my supervisor. She’s a temp agency worker and I’m an actual worker. HR is treating me very rudely and still hasn’t given me opportunity to provide my side of the incident. My dad has been accused of "rough handling" as a CNA and has been accused of sexual assault but was proven innocent. This new case has stressed him out and throughout his 10 years of working as a CNA, he has never been aggressive towards a patient; out of the blue, he was notified by the "board" for CNAs but wasn't alerted by his workplace. Could we sue that patient for false accusations and emotional damage?

false accusations are really f@#*ked up. In a situation where the accusations come from your spouse concerning accusations that you did not do ( TRUTH ) how do you respond. I’m sorry to hear this. It doesn’t sound like you’re facing false accusations in the “legal” sense. Meaning, you don’t have police asking you questions. And, it doesn’t sound like you have a current civil case pending. That said, false accusations are troubling and extremely frustrating. How do you prove something that never existed? How do you disprove a negative? To me, it sounds like there are communication issues in your relationship. Along with that, it sounds like trust issues. I would recommend talking to someone locally. A therapist, a trusted person, a pastor or similar. You might also consider couples counseling to work through these issues. Divorce is an extremely personal decision. I truly hope you can find someone to confide in and hopefully move forward.
If she went to this extreme that is a deal breaker 100% it's gotta be done. I don't care what she said after the fact she doesn't love you and she never did. I'm in Oregon and dealing with a case where a youtuber called my local pd and made false allegations against me, I said nothing to the police and have had a lot of great help with the case... However the plaintiff has never stopped and have only continued to make worse allegations and having 3rd parties harass me. My lawyer tells me theres nothing that can be done unless it's through a civil situation... How is it not illegal to harass and cyberstalk someone who's the defendant in a case they're the plaintiff to?
It sounds like you’re taking all the right steps. You have a lawyer. It sounds like the lawyer is helping with police contact. You may talk to the lawyer about other remedies and about filing a police report on your behalf. You may look at a stalking order or some type of no contact order. I agree that everyone needs to become better aware of how fast circumstances can unfold against us while we are innocent being good neighbors at the time. Several weeks ago I came across an abandoned cell phone on the sidewalk that was open and still working. I stooped to pick it up while being a good neighbor. Then while walking past that parking lot I then spotted a police car. Since the police car was just sitting there with 2 policemen sitting in it while they were observing what was going on street level then I motioned for them to roll down their window to ask them where I should turn in that lost cell phone. They told me that I had to walk to the nearest police station in order to turn that cell phone in while that could wait until the next day if I chose to do so at my convenience. I went to the nearest police station with it promptly while not wanting to get involved in that situation more than that. What if I instead had through some really bad luck had turned it in at the university building to the wrong person -a security guard in the hallway not as well trained- right across from that parking lot instead during the same week that a lockdown had taken place there after one student had threatened another.
I am facing as of today one month to come up with a decision whether to go to trial on a motor vehicle case where nobody got hurt but they say they got hurt after attempting murder on me and my wife but they're playing went awry and the police didn't want to talk about it when I was arrested I wasn't allowed just sign a statement I wasn't allowed to say anything I wasn't allowed to do anything while being detained in the police department of the Fairfield Police Department

Your comment seems more geared toward custody than false accusations. I’d recommend you talk to a lawyer before leaving your state if you’re dealing with custody issues.
If there are false accusations, then the individual (victim) has the right to know of these accusations. How can you navigate a situation/accusations if you do not know what they are ?!? The charges ended up being dropped because there were no scratches on either vehicle, evidence on her video surveillance that there was no connection between the vehicles. A good judge should require the accusers to PROVE their allegations against the defendant. If they can't, then the case has no or very little basis realistically and it should be thrown out. Just my opinion. Unfortunately it doesnt happen that way for everyone.

My Daughter kicked her boyfriend out because she found him doing drugs in her house. What if the evidence towards a child sexual predator is sparse and the only testimony you have in favor of the victim is 2 family members and a 3rd that is unsure of the offender on account of being former friends with them? When someone accuses you of something you didn't do or are not doing they are falsely accusing you. False allegations are harmful to the person being falsely accused. The person making the false allegations has no right to expect the person they are falsely accusing to just accept the consequences of being falsely accused. When the person being falsely accused confronts the accuser the accuser does not become the victim by virtue of the fact that they are being called out for their false allegations. The person making the false allegations does not become the victim when they are confronted. They are not a victim, they are caught!
Returning false accusations has been used throughout history to get enemies off your back and is still very common especially in politics.

A corrupt politician got me arrested and lied she saw me with a stun gun at a meeting when she placed her hand on me to check for the stun gun and one of the cops at the meeting told me she can check whoever she wants when my public defender said she can't. This is solid advice. Especially, "keep the truth on your side." Liars often lie repeatedly. Show a pattern of them lying...and of you being the truthteller. It happened to me. I was wrongfully accused of stealing 90 thousand dollars worth of diamonds. I'd just left my job and the accuser was my ex employer. I was arrested, put in handcuffs in front of my neighbours. Had my house turned upside down and thrown in a cell.
She had told the police that I was the only one in the house when this stuff went missing. I was never alone in the house. She had numerous staff and friends and family who were either at the house or called in throughout the day. I gave the police a list of the other staff names, family members and friends that had been in the house in my final week there.
When the police told her they needed to interview these people, she immediately dropped the charges. My lawyer told me to get in touch with insurance fraud, as he suspected this was an insurance job. Months later my sobbing ex boss called me and apologised. She told me she'd found the diamonds in her bedside draw!
This was three years ago but I still feel traumatised by what she did.

Been told by my solicitor that they have been doing deals with the cos and that if I admit to two charges they will drop this. The trial was to be held on 9 September. Defamation is defined as a written or verbal statement that causes intentional harm to another person's character. The only criminal act stated would be the only person saying it so why accuse to the other person when your accusing your own act against another person.

Thank you your video was so helpful. I'm being accused of recording someone with my phone I live in a care home. Im so sick of it I'm getting rid of my phone. I do video log but making sure no one is in background. I am treated poorly overall even meds mismanagement resulted in seizure might be off road now and quite cruel treatment around anorexia in general. Im 5 and half stone and unwell. I fell against wall and hit the torch and was immediately accused of recording even though its was accident. I cant use a hand bag as im the size of a 5 year old. Another time I was setting a timer and because the camera was facing a staff they accused me of recording them. I became angry because my watch was flat and my meds need a fasting period of one hour before eating. I am off balance. I now shut myself in my room. Being threatened with removal of phone so I'm just going to do it anyway and get mp3 and i suspect it will move to recording devices in my headset or mp3 player so the accusations won't stop with the phones gone. Its a pattern of behaviour. Im accused of being abusive when I wasn't though I have gotten angry at being discriminated against my weight. One particular lady twisted my very calm and collected complaint " I need to try these kids clothes as the adults fall off, I will not rip the clothes i have a bone deformity and anorexia and you have just embarrassed me", id like the manager. (I have a 21 inch waist and 30 hip corresponding to the sores 8-10 years and most of their wide cuts fit. I cant get most adult to stay om Im an experienced seamstress that can measure my body well and knew my size. I purchased the garments a week later from another store with nicer staff. That went from praise to a yelling match that never occurred so im going to request footage from the store. There was no roaring match.

My estranged family members are sick. Theyre mentally ill. Theyve driven me to break beyond my breaking point. I can't handle it anymore. I cant do it anymore I cant. I have been falsely accused of felony elder abuse likely to cause harm/death by 2 women who later admitted that the accusations they made against me were false and completely fabricated. My case will soon be dropped this month. Once I found out they admitted to having lied to the police I asked my public defender if these women will be charged with the crime they've committed against me to my surprise she said no they probably will not be charged with any crime. How can that be? Thats not justice in my eyes. Can they just brush me off like that? What do you do when someone makes false allegations of “harassment” and violating the workplace “violence” policy…?
I’ve been suspended and now HR is making me write an “action plan” of how I will avoid further harassment violations.
I asked her what her issue was with me. I didn’t block her from leaving, once I recognized she was uncomfortable, I left the room and allowed her to speak with my supervisor.
She’s a temp agency worker and I’m an actual worker.
HR is treating me very rudely and still hasn’t given me opportunity to provide my side of the incident. They haven’t even told me the exact incident except that I was witnessed “harassing” my co-worker.
Which I never did.
Now HR is also accusing me of workplace violence for apparently cussing in the breakroom?

My dad has been accused of "rough handling" as a CNA and has been accused of sexual assault but was proven innocent. This new case has stressed him out and throughout his 10 years of working as a CNA, he has never been aggressive towards a patient; out of the blue, he was notified by the "board" for CNAs but wasn't alerted by his workplace. I’m accused of becoming verbally abusive and not leaving when I was asked to leave my rent office by a new employee that is totally lying, they have camera in the office when we spoke and had a very fun and warming conversation after I came in to discuss my account credits, my work orders that was scheduled for the past 3 days though no one came out untill the day I was served a 7 day notice to leave, I have video of the female staff surprisingly being mean and rude to me when I came in for our planned visit to see the manager and discuss how to prevent me overpaying in rent for the 3rd month. false accusations are really f@#*ked up. In a situation where the accusations come from your spouse concerning accusations that you did not do ( TRUTH ) how do you respond. I feel betrayed and how would you feel if someone you love, and obviously since it is your wife. I feel like they do not even know me, and it tears down the realtionship. For example. If someone said to me that my wife did "bla'bla'bla" I would immediately say to them, get out of here, you are f*#@ked up, because I know my wife and I would not have a splinter or even the thought of fathom of her doing anything like that. I’m sorry to hear this. It doesn’t sound like you’re facing false accusations in the “legal” sense. Meaning, you don’t have police asking you questions. And, it doesn’t sound like you have a current civil case pending. That said, false accusations are troubling and extremely frustrating. How do you prove something that never existed? How do you disprove a negative?
To me, it sounds like there are communication issues in your relationship. Along with that, it sounds like trust issues. I would recommend talking to someone locally. A therapist, a trusted person, a pastor or similar. You might also consider couples counseling to work through these issues.
Divorce is an extremely personal decision. I truly hope you can find someone to confide in and hopefully move forward.

I'm in Oregon and dealing with a case where a youtuber called my local pd and made false allegations against me, I said nothing to the police and have had a lot of great help with the case... However the plaintiff has never stopped and have only continued to make worse allegations and having 3rd parties harass me. My lawyer tells me theres nothing that can be done unless it's through a civil situation... How is it not illegal to harass and cyberstalk someone who's the defendant in a case they're the plaintiff to?
It sounds like you’re taking all the right steps. You have a lawyer. It sounds like the lawyer is helping with police contact.
You may talk to the lawyer about other remedies and about filing a police report on your behalf.
You may look at a stalking order or some type of no contact order.

I agree that everyone needs to become better aware of how fast circumstances can unfold against us while we are innocent being good neighbors at the time. Several weeks ago I came across an abandoned cell phone on the sidewalk that was open and still working. I stooped to pick it up while being a good neighbor. Then while walking past that parking lot I then spotted a police car. Since the police car was just sitting there with 2 policemen sitting in it while they were observing what was going on street level then I motioned for them to roll down their window to ask them where I should turn in that lost cell phone. They told me that I had to walk to the nearest police station in order to turn that cell phone in while that could wait until the next day if I chose to do so at my convenience. I went to the nearest police station with it promptly while not wanting to get involved in that situation more than that. What if I instead had through some really bad luck had turned it in at the university building to the wrong person -a security guard in the hallway not as well trained- right across from that parking lot instead during the same week that a lockdown had taken place there after one student had threatened another.

The charges ended up being dropped because there were no scratches on either vehicle, evidence on her video surveillance that there was no connection between the vehicles. A good judge should require the accusers to PROVE their allegations against the defendant. If they can't, then the case has no or very little basis realistically and it should be thrown out. Just my opinion.

I have evidence on my phone. I have endless amounts of emails and texts from them and have started to write down everytime they are doing it. Its been this way for so long.
What if the evidence towards a child sexual predator is sparse and the only testimony you have in favor of the victim is 2 family members and a 3rd that is unsure of the offender on account of being former friends with them?
So to speak... What would the victim be able to do, if the predator goes free and continues doing what he has been doing to other people on account of the testimonies being sparse of evidence, but also results in a counter suing of defamation?
