If the courts make a presumption that a woman must be the victim and must be telling the truth...and they don't have that same presumption for men...isn't that gender discrimination and isn't that clearly unconstitutional according to the equal rights amendment? Shouldn't lawyers be suing judges on behalf of their clients for civil rights violations every single day?

That’s exactly my fault especially now in the time of LGBTQ and all these other groups where people look all different ways and we’re not supposed to judge anyone by their looks. I walked into the court wearing a clean Calvin Klein suit. I don’t have one tattoo. The judge is first words to me were we are off to a bad start. You already look scary. I have all my teeth no missing extremities. Nothing weird about my face came in smelling fresh in a nice suit and was given that presumption right from the start and I was the person who called the police, but I got punished cause she beat me to an order. Mind you she came to the small gym I go to two months after I left her and alleged that I was bothering her routine but she never goes to my gym and it is a private gym yet they claimed that it’s a public place and anyone can be there. That’s not actually true unless you have a membership.

Ok and who makes the judgments on those cases. Other courts that also favor women. We don't really have good checks and balances when it comes to the courtroom, judges can do whatever they want and most of them are incentivized meaning they getting bonuses for charging men with crimes, a cut of the money when putting men on child support even if its for a child that's not theirs, etc.

Discrimination in various forms has never been fully banned. Explain this to uneducated people is always a nightmare. Understanding the law goes beyond simply reading the words on the page, which is why law school is so crucial. Often, people who haven't gone through this process, like @terellkid suggesting that "judges can do whatever they want," don’t fully grasp the statutes, regulations, and case laws that govern judicial authority. He likely isn’t aware of Republican efforts to empower judges or Democrat efforts to impose rules like ethics codes on them. Here, I’m just saying law school involves well over three thousand pages of reading, followed by life-breaking tests. As a lawyer, I’ve had to get used to the fact that everyone thinks they’re a lawyer and knows everything. Lovely, uneducated humans, but lovely!
People believe what they want until they realize they aren’t actually lawyers. Love the Pro se, but O MY GOD! There’s so much history and complexity behind the law, all written by some of the brightest in society. When someone offers a groundbreaking opinion without this understanding, it’s often just them feeling themselves. So before making it personal, try to approach the court system with love and an open mind-it’s not all about you.

What you saying is true I seen first hand how the court system works regards to allegations of domestic violence You're always guilty until proven innocent remember that. Record everything just in case doesn't matter if You start seeing red flags of a woman trying to use the system or threatens to Make false claims document everything through audio recordings app that are dated and timed keep your mouth shut. Don't play her game Don't call the cops Don't give any information to the cops if the case gets that serious could have it all the recordings just in case you can give that to your lawyer cuz no prosecutors going to put an alleged victim on the stand when there's audio recordings of them being a totally different person on several different occasions be careful my guys some of these women out here versus straight psychos in disguise trying to put innocent men in prison. Even if proven innocent the allegations the alleged victim just goes on with their day nothing happens prosecutors don't charge alleged victim for false reports even when proven the system is so broken there is no justice it's all a money-making game!

So I was painted a DV Perpetrator by my lifelong abuser / mother. The situation came up when I confronted her with a few questions regarding sexual abuse, physical abuse along with straight up bullying and neglect from childhood til current day. Before 2024 I thought she was just a terrible mother / not a great person; now I'm convinced she is intentionally set out to destroy my life while painting herself the "poor single mother who tried her hardest to help" -> she left me at my worst, and has called in crisis assessment teams when realising I was ready to talk to police (but doing alright mentally) its so fked up.

Sorry, not to make this all about me. I learned that a woman can file a report and request a restraining order and it goes into effect immediately. And then it's upon me to prove it non factual in court...
      How is that fair?

Its not just standard DV they make accusations about, last week I was accused by an unhinged neighbour because I didnt let her speak to my elderly mother as I didnt have time. Her response was to put in a false allegation I was beating up my own mother. Only yesterday I had adult protection at my door and of course they found no evidence of this. I have called in the police to make a claim about their lies. Its typical that women will try and destroy someones life because they go in the huff about something and think they can simply walk away.

I just had a 5th temporary injunction served against me the other day, in the last 2.5 years, and in my life. I filed a paternity action for my son, and look at me now?! 5 entirely made up stories. 6 if you count the violation I got charged with. 7 if you count the other violation that was reported (made up.) State finally did not pursue. Maybe they finally realized that without any evidence whatsoever, except for to the contrary, other than a ‘victim’s” statement, they might not have a slam dunk. Had I not locked my screen door on the 2nd reported violation, even though the dumb ass deputies asked me to step right outside, I said no fucking way out of instinct/fear. He told me at the end of the questioning, that they would have come in and arrested me if I had left that door unlocked. I have everything documented. Police reports, 911 audio, video recorded police interactions, and my own journal/video log. 13 times the cops came to my house on bogus calls in a mere 6 months. And that was just the times that they wrote a report. It was a lot more than that. I’ve spent a shitload on defense costs. Now, I’ve lost my job, I’m bankrupt, nearly had a nervous breakdown. I think I did. But I was unwilling to seek medical attention for fear of what would happen to my boy. I scrounged up a trial retainer for the custody case, starting in less than 2 weeks, but other than that, financially, I’m ruined. The shit my son has been through wrecks my heart. It took me 8 months to get him back. This is a fucking crime. The pain they put my boy through is reprehensible. The potential future mental health issues he’ll battle?! Unknown. I hope not.
On this fifth injunction, thank God and finally it was not issued as an injunction, but as a notice of hearing on a petition. I was so mad when that cop knocked. I told him to leave it at the floor and go fuck himself. I didn’t know what it was. Sorry, not sorry. They fucking smell the shit. Finally. Jesus. I don’t have the money to retain a defamation lawyer, I think I have a case. There’s a lot more to the story you can imagine and it’s not a story. It’s a living nightmare and It’s the fucking truth.
By the way, I’m 38 years old I was charged with a DUI when I was 21. That’s the extent of my criminal history. I’ve had all kinds of rights violated, 1st amendment, 2nd, 4th, 5th and I think 8th. All because I want to be a father to my son. A child that I was therefore before he was born, the day he was born, and I have not left his side since. Only when he was unlawfully withheld have we been separated. That’s happened 5 times, in the past 6 years. He’s 6 years old. These people are despicable.
