How to uninstall 3 way ceiling light fixture

This was an older bathroom so I am aware of the many repairs in other placs that need to be done.
Always remember to turn the light switch off and turn off the electric panel/breaker box before attempting to handle any wiring.
White wire is neutral wire
black wire is hot wire
silver or green is ground wire
