"Enrollado de yuca" is like a Fried Yuca. I like a lot that food with Pepesca (A kind of salvadoran fish), Berro (A salvadoran plant), Tomato Sauce, Cabbage and Chicken's Liver (Liver is boiled with sauce).

I stayed very close to the historic center, but if you're looking for somewhere very safe, I also stayed In "Santa Tecla" it's only about a 15 minute Uber ride outside of the main square. A little bit more expensive in that area but well worth it! Thank you for watching! Saludos! 🍻

I actually used an amazing tour company to get there and used the bus to get back. You can find them on Instagram named "Salvitours" The owner is really knowledgeable and very accommodating.
