I was wondering when someone else would pick up a dish brush for tires. Wouldn't advise it for regular maintenance on any type of fender well, it degrade whatever material.

Chemical Guys sells a 20" Long Handle Body/Wheel Brush with Flagged-Tip Bristles (Angled Head) that you can get on Amazon for around $12 on sale that works great for wheel wells, etc. The angled head makes it a really easy to get int there and clean. I wish they made on with stiff bristles for tires. I have used this one for years and wouldn't be without it.

The Max shine brush sucks balls. I just bought the black (unnamed) brush from the Rag company is great. Firm enough to clean the tire but doesn’t sling brown shit all over the place.

Wow the sprayer foams like that or is it the Super Clean that does that?

I like that the small bristles on the end can hit that hard to reach bit on the bottom of the tire.

Marolex Axel 2000 foamer and yes you can make it foam vertically and horizontal.
      Marolex can be found here

Dallas Paint Correction & Auto Detailing you said your using super clean in the sprayer? What was the ratio you used and the foamer. I thought super clean wasn’t a foaming type cleaner, but the foamer will create that with this solution? How many pumps to get it to foam like it did in thus video? And how many tires do you think you can do when fully pressurized? Thx

    • @dallaspaintcorrectionautod8343
      @dallaspaintcorrectionautod8343  5 лет назад +1

@@tundrawhisperer4821 the Axel 2000 foamer holds 67 ounces of fluid.
I put about 12oz of super clean into the foamer and filled to the 2000ml with water.
Not sure what that ratio is..lol
Super clean works great in the Marolex foamers.

Dallas Paint Correction & Auto Detailing any idea how many tires you can spray with a fully pressurized 2000 model or even a 3000 model? Thx

      @@tundrawhisperer4821 many tires for sure.
The foamer helps save product and will last a long time

What about a brush for getting into wheel wells where there is very little clearance between the tire and the fender. I tend to run into that sort of thing quite a bit.

    • @kikcodog

I use the Maxshine PP Long-Handled Soft Bristle Wheel Brush (AKA wheel rocket). There are lots of sizes and diameters from lots of makers so you can usually pick up a bunch of them for a reasonable cost.

Scott. I also found a similar brush to help on the tires. Its a dish scrub too but it has the same 40 angled handle that just makes the reach workable to your point. 👍🏻

those rigid all plastic brushes are so slippery if they get wet with soap. I dunked mine in a vat of plasti-dip and it helped keep a grip on it
