UO: Outlands Staff Blunder: selling courtyard rune wiping at a premium instead of Felucca land rush.

Have Outlands staff been selling a premium courtyard rune removal service, and are now throwing the courtyard thieves under the bus?
In this follow up video we check in with UO:Outlands to see how things are going after their wildlands expansion was released not long ago. According to a post on reddit, staff have been discriminating against a guild of thieves who are noted for their successes.
Shard administrators show up to the thread to confirm that the discrimination has been taking place for a number of years, with staff criticizing the guild more frequently as their success has grown. Could this guild now be being thrown under the bus for a bad decision by staff to try and make money off of courtyard thieves?
