After watching some of your videos with no practice.. had a game today and i sucked!!! lol.. what am i doing wrong? most of my shots are good when it comes to distance... but missed the board with almost all my shots just to the right @@gunnerbriz
Fantastic job. I appreciate how open you stayed towards different throwing methods, as too often I hear people explain methods that are definitely biased towards whoever is doing the explaining. Great tips for all skill levels! I will say that#4 definitely applies less at the pro level. I have found myself playing less and less of exploiting weaknesses. It can still apply, but I need to be feeling good before I start changing my game because of my opponent. It only works as long as you are not trying too hard. As soon as you try too hard to exploit weaknesses, your opponent can have an open door back into the game because you are starting to falter. A double edged sword if you will. Great video! Pro approved! Keep up the good work, and maybe I'll see you in the Pros someday! You're off to a great start!
Thanks for the great video. I found you much more thourough than my professors at Western Washington University! Perhaps you should consider instructing if youve not yet decided on a career path. I will remember the squish bag in hand tech. I needed a break from study, and stumble accross your vid as I was using "bean Bag" metaphor, and Im so glad I did. Love when life gives us the unusual gift of ones wisdom. Rock on Gunner
Before I moved to Texas, I had never even heard of cornhole. I went to thanksgiving with my girlfriend and all her family and they play all the time. The only thing I had in n my side was I have very good aim with most things, so getting the bag straight in the hole was lit a problem for me. It was very difficult for me to explain to people I’ve never played, when 9 times out of 10, I can sink a bag straight in the hole
Good vid as always, sir. I've been playing for 2 years and the one thing I still struggle with is the grip... always switching it up. I've settled on the butterfly as of 2 months ago but still haven't settled on the hand/finger placement on the bag. Are your fingers always in the middle of the bag? Or do you ever hold it towards the back or front more?
Hi Gunner, nice to meet you and throw with you on Tuesday in Simi Valley with the Simi Valley Bag Habits crew. I was just thinking about the grip and I found you on RUclips. Great video and pointers! Nice following you have, congrats. Hope you come up from HB and pay again soon. Leon Chaussee.
Step one..... Biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Step two......Fried foods for lunch. Step Three....Dinner with Peach Cobbler. Step four.....A pinch between the cheek and gum. Step five .....Beer till dawn !

@@gunnerbriz I am looking at Flux Capacitor series, Wicked Beast for league.. but personal favorite is the ACL broadcast boards.. just curious if you've played on either of the other two

Playing smart kills my game a lot because I’ll get so aggressive with my play style that I wind up making stupid decisions and give up a point or 2 I didn’t have too
Just go to get experience and enjoy the game. There's no need to be self-conscious nor to put pressure/expectations on yourself. Have fun and improve your own game as you become more involved with the game. Personal improvement over time (and you will witness it more at certain times) is intrinsically more motivating than beating whatever said opponent. Always have fun, as it is fundamentally a game.

That ain’t how you step you just threw it across your body you should step with the same hand you release so if you right handed your right foot should step thank me later

You will get there the more you practice that faster you will improve it’s all about your pace and finding what feels comfortable and works for you

I stand side by side, its true, its very unusual, but I'm so used to it that it doesnt hurt my game at all, it just comes down to habits
This is true

Middle or a little to the back if I go to the front I lose accuracy and it isn’t as flat
Thanks for all of the tips

Step 1: drink beer
😂
Step 2: take another drink

i actually throw with both my feet side by side at the end of the board
I have seen players do this before and its very interesting but whatever works
What is the best way to aim and is it better to have seam in palm or no
I have the seam out but I think it comes down to how it feels in your hand

Where can I find some local leagues to play in
Download an app called scoreholio and select Cornhole as your sport and they should pop up if you have any questions dm me on instagram @gunnerbriz
That ain't how we played it in prison...
Huh?
😂
Completely different cornhole.
Top comment for sure 😂
@@gunnerbrizstay innocent
What’s your aimpoint? Hole or spot?
I look at the front edge of the hole
The blocker you need to push through it. I play the game that my opponent will clean that board up if I don’t.
U dont have to if u have last bag is what I am talking about to wash out the round
Dont eat grease food
Dont eat 2 hours before bed
Stay away from foods that upset your stomich
Use 2 ply
Last but not least lotion lotion lotion
Huh?
@@gunnerbriz I agree. What the F is this guy talking about? Wants you to put the lotion on the skin like he’s Hannibal 😂🤣

They don’t have them anymore it was last years model for black sheep
You could possibly find them on Facebook if someone has them
My problem is hitting my leg when I throw
Roll bag tutorial?
Got one on the channel
hopefully i become better
It takes time and practice but it will happen
Look guys I bought this cornhole at Marshall’s and it has cancer warnings on it.

Thank you
I dominated everyone at work in ping pong and now they won’t play me. Now I’m gonna beat them in their own game… muhahaha
Release point?
About a foot foot and a half after the hip if you have instagram I can send u a video
I want to enter a few tournaments but I just don’t think I can handle the physical requirements of the game…

Instructions not clear enough. I followed them and chucked a bag through my neighbors window. I didn’t hit the board in over 60 tries.
I thought all you had to do was drink a 12 pack? SMH!
😂

Cornhole is a prison game.
Butt obviously some guys like it
?
How the hell does someone look 5 and 30 at the same time?
😂
1:10 yeah cause all the other positions aren't facing the hole
Thnx jose jajajaja i giggle now
I throw around 200 bags every night that I can and I beat my great uncle who’s a pro
Rules say you have to throw behind the board
What if your partner sucks lol
Idk then 😂
