There are two tips that I use in every game I play that I don't really see mentioned in other videos. One is to focus on your breathing. Take a couple deep breaths and really focus on your shot. And my biggest tip that works for me is to not watch your opponent throw. Players tend to "follow" where their opponents throw and sometimes it works in your favor but if you just look away when they throw, all you see is the board and how you need to throw. I tell all my teammates that and they've all said that both tips help tremendously. Keep the videos coming!!!
Im reminded of the scene from Last Samurai... "Too many mind" Mind the feet, mind the hole, mind the grip, mind the backswing, mind the wind, mind the jokers,,, Too Many Mind. No Mind! Actually your simple advice is spot on.
Good tips. find ways to make yourself uncomfortable by playing better players or going to bigger tournaments. It will help make you less nervous when you play tournaments
Good video, you hit on something very important ,posture, having your shoulders squared, and your feet pointed at the hole throughout the entire throw is key.
Ive never played with the expensive regulation bags. $75-$95 for a set of 4. They dont seem to be as loose and floppy as the bags you get say from Amazon set. Do these expensive bags throw better than a ‘run of the mill’ bag?
Hate to say it about myself, but if I'm throwing poorly, I'm not having fun. If I'm throwing bad and win, still no fun. If I'm throwing good and lose, i might have fun. But if I'm not throwing well, there is no fun to be had for me.

Greats tips
I don't tend to follow people's bags but i do see it all the time. It's like we're ingrained to chase.
Play better players……and don’t be scared to lose. That’s made me wayyyyy better beyond all practice.
Tremendous mindset

Much better, especially after a short break in process
