the "sensor" is your electronic fuel shutoff for the carb when u turn the key into the on position not starting it you will hear it click after you turn it off it disengages. ik im late to the post lol but for anyone wondering in the comments
It also has an electronic coil governor shut off. I disabled all the governors mechanical and electronic
@@azlongtales i never knew about the electronic coil shutoff until this vid my 670 does the same thing as yours i work on it for a while go so stumped i took it to a cart mechanic even he couldnt figure out why it choked down at a certain point on the throttle with the mechanical gov removed. do you have a vid on how to remove the electronic coil gov. i skimmed though your channel couldnt find one. if not could you explain how you removed it

How do you disable rev limiter
What throttle cable length and what kind did you use currently trying to accomplish the same thing through 670 performance but am having a hard time finding the right cable
I used they one in the kit from performance 670. It was too long so I used a hose clamp around the bar to hold cable down to put it in right spot to get idle and full throttle
How does the motor push? And are you satisfied with the SD kit? Also is that the one with the clutch or no clutch
I prefer the no clutch on the vtwins they idle nice and low. With no clutch that can wear out
Where did you find the 420 exhaust? I ordered one from NR racing and it didn’t fit right on my duromax 420.

So the angle of the flange is different but the flange should be the same
What carb jets did you end up using? And what did you do with the PCV?
Not sure what a the PCV is on the carb. The jetting was good to go from at performance 670. I have never even opened up the Carb.
@@azlongtales Thanks man. The PCV Hose is the big hose that used to be connected at the right side of the stock carb.
Did you buy the motor and surface drive kit separate?
Yes the surface drive is from mudskipper and the engine is from duromax. Links are in the description
