Hey John & Team I used Cell for the first time last Saturday for a night session at Willow Park and caught 2 -11lb fish (a Common and a Mirror) but lost a much bigger one (to my frustration!when the rig snagged and snapped. ! Previously I’ve been using Blood Worm and Pineapple shelf life and had a selection of those out too All three of my bites though came from the cell rod which was interesting. #mainlinebaits
If I have air dried the freezer baits and not ended up using all of it during the session. Would I then put them back in to the freezer? How long would the boilies still be good for once air dried on the bank?
If you maintain the dry condition of the boilies they will last indefinitely - they will however shrink a little and get harder. This is where rehydration can come in to return the baits to they're original size and texture. There is a video link in the description where Rob Burgess explains this perfectly.

Great video, I watched it as a bit of a refresher as when I was last fishing regularly "New Grange" was the go to bait. It would be great if in a future video you could explain a bit about what flavours are used across the bait range, I'm not expecting you to give away trade secrets but I have no idea what "The Link" would taste or smell like. And explain the differences between Cell and Essential Cell.
What use is a 450g pack not even enough for a quick day session 😮 get the 5kg and 10kg bags out there and widely available sick to death of trying to find bait i want in a decent bag of bait

Little tip: when that happens squeeze the bottom bait, as hard as you can without splitting it. This generally removes a little air and when you test the rig in the edge it'll be perfect!

Yes, boilies would work! If you consider the factors we talk about in this video and can use a Freezer Bait then that would be my choice - all the baits contain proven attractors, sweeteners, flavours and ingredients so any would do. As the fish haven't seen boilies before a highly attractive Response Boilies like Strawberry or Tutti could work well too.
Just watched the boilie video and found it very helpful being new to carp fishing. I've also subscribed to thus as well keep up the good work guy's can't wait for the next video 👍

Make your own ! you'll catch more m8 ! Ready mades are expensive . there mostly made of soya flour , maize meal and semolina anyway ( get to your local wholefood/health shop ). Put what ever additives you want and add eggs , colour if you wish...personally i think homemade bait gives you an edge + catching fish on your own bait more satisfying :)

I then started buying popups, in all colours and flavours and started catching even less. I changed bait company and again struggled to catch. In the end I thought I'm going back to cell and I'm back to catching. P.s does anyone have problems with the smart cell? Doesn't squeeze out the tub like the others and just stays in a clump.
Should be okay Barry sometimes they need a little warming - if you're on the stand the bottle in a mug with a little warm (not hot) water and should be fine.
Hi. Very useful video, thanks. However you were a bit misleading saying "these are a great boilie to take on holiday to France..." as, due to "wonderful" Brexit, anglers are not allowed to take any boilies to the continent.

What’s the difference between cell and essential cell??
The Essential Cell is a similar mix to Cell but utilises a opal fruit palatent that gives it a fruit, citrus like smell/taste.

The active ingredients can offer an edge over shelflife in some cases - both great but if I can use Freezer Baits I do.
