@@billysamkin1885 No worries Billy - well done fella!
i know im randomly asking but does someone know a method to log back into an instagram account?
I was dumb forgot the login password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me!
@Kian Leon instablaster :)
@Bowen Rey i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process atm.
Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
*Awesome product! Great quality feel **enjoyable.fishing** recommend it’s light yet extremely sturdy and well built. Will definitely recommend. Already placing a second order!*
A few tips for anyone new tying this rig.
1 - measure the length of stripped of section, you’ll almost definitely get this too long or too short to start with so when learning keep track of how much you actually need to play with
2 - if you come to tying the knot less knot and have too much you can always whip a couple times more and even a couple back up the shank over the initial whips
3 - if your hair length is too long, you can tie an extra granny knot on the rig ring
4 - if your hair is too short or you decide to use a bigger bait you can use an extender stop and it might save you from having to do a total re tie
Hope that saves someone some headaches moving forward
Such a similar story to myself. I moved to Chods after watching so many videos and listening to other anglers. After 3 blank sessions I returned to my beloved snowman rig with a PVA stick, and sure enough, the catches returned. Confidence is everything. Cell always helps too. Best bait flavour since the magnificent Grange. Miss that bait. Keep up the amazing work.
Thanks Brad, yep confidence is everything! Chods are great rigs in the right situation and /or if thats what you confident in, but changing for the wrong reason can sometimes lead to a blank or two - glad you have the bobbins dancing again now!
Fluoro pop-ups 14 mm pink and white!! Always been brilliant bait in Italy and just last week I caught a 20 pounder in a tiny pondd (second ever british carp)with a 25 quid rod, reel & line fishing kit for kids!!! I had to swim in to the pond to land the carp!! amazing day :)
Great to hear!
The 15mm Spicy Crab Balanced Wafter has got me two PBs this week. So it’s definitely my favourite product!
Boom! Two in a week! Thats great news - well done!
Thanks for the tip about using the baiting needle for tying the knots, I'm new to fishing and have struggled to tie the simple knots, simply because I've got fat stupid hands.
It makes things easier!
high leakage 15mm pineapple pop-up boilies do well. great video, will be giving the rig a try. i love the fishing community, there is knowledge around every corner to be discovered no matter how long you have been an angler.
Fantastic comment Paul, thanks - exactly our thoughts! We can all learn something when it comes to angling and the community, and glad you enjoyed the video!
Still use a snow man today!! My go to rig Just not on a long shank hook but extended with a large piece of tubing , makes it flip earlier getting better hook holds .
High leakage pineapple will always be a winner for me 👍
Keep up the videos !! Great videos
Thanks - yep lots of great variations for the rig, which can give you so valuable confidence!
I've been using the snowman rig down my local lake and it's worked a treat. 5 nice carp in few hours.👍
Good stuff Chris!
Me too i use a 10mm mainline Boilie topped with a 9mm pop up. I then put it in a PVA bag, I'm guessing it's easy to get sucked up due to the small size and buoyancy, I've had 8 carp in a few hours using that method.
Mainline Cell 18mm , best sessions I've had using these. Great video too, thanks
Great to hear!
Active 8 for me ...one of the all time greats and is still as good today as any bait that’s been produced since ... take it anywhere with 100% confidence
100% confidence! Such a valuable angling element Robert - pleased to hear it!
First year of making my own boilies, so it has to be the link or essential cell activate for me. Helped keep my bait costs down, while tearing my local waters to peices 💪😊😊.
Nice! Plus the added satisfaction of catching on your own baits!
New to fishing but I have used the Mainline essential IB boilies, and caught my first Carp on it, so have to say that that is my favourite product. Was so happy to land a fish!!
Good stuff!
Same! I swear by the Essential IB, I even use the Essential pop ups with my other rigs.
Popup mix and the multitude of available flavours. I love making my own popups and have had great success whilst others are struggling. It's also more rewarding catching on bait I have thought of and rolled with my own hands
Absolutely - totally rewarding!
Essential IB wafters and Cell have 100% confidence in both of these!
Can't beat having that kind of confidence!
I think the high visual pop-ups are one of the best.
Yeah, catch so many fish!
Thanks John for your clearly explanation...I'm already using them and they work 100%
Great to hear and good luck!
Activ-8 always used it and my own personal little edge is using one and a half boilies on the hair. As you say its a confidence thing and I can't fish effectively without my added half a boilie
Absolutely! Confidence is everything!
Literally just ordered all the bits needed to make this bad boy 😎
IB balanced wafters have been phenomenal. Can't really fault any of your products, great videos too👍🎣
Thanks George, so pleased we've been able to help!
Im using longshank hooks they turn every time..I've still got some B175 I bought from tackle shop in Winchester..
Essential Cell great bait & great smell..Fingers crossed........LC
They turn so, so quickly!
Can't decide. My go to baits everywhere i go are hi vis pop ups in tutti frutti, spicy crab boillies and halibut syrup. No matter the water, thats the go to combo for me .
Lots of food signals there, and lots of attraction - always a great combination!
Great video John yet again, I've been carp fishing for over 30 years and when I was introduced to Mainlines Tutti Frutti pretty much like the Carp I was hooked, so my all time favourite bait from Mainline is "Tutti Frutti"
Thanks Shane - nope you won't go far wrong with a Tutti!
I love to use the choco boillie. Thx for the instructions. Nice give away to use on the Dutch waters. Greatings from the Netherland.
Glad we could help!
I like to use activate. Active 8 boiles. On a sig rig. With a pop up.
Hi wouldn't it be easier to use a Korda sinker than to use the wire to place the putty on ?
You can do its all down to choice really - I started using the wire/putty method before sinkers were available and kinda kept with with it, also find it easy to reuse the putty from old rigs.
Look forward to your Saturday pm demo's and another good one plus listening to your adventure! Keep them coming! 👌👍👍
Thanks Paul - comments like this from you guys mean a lot.
My favourite boile was the NRG, simply awesome bait which caught me fish everywhere I took it 👍👍👍
A great bait at the time!
Im completely new 2 carp fishing so this was a brilliant tutorial for me on the snowman rig ive got some 15ml spicy crab high impact pop ups to fish with on the 12th of September on my local lake (borrow pit Tamworth) so fingers crossed they do the business!!
I can just imagine that boat flying out the water like james bonds lotus!! 🤣😂🤣😂
No Problem Luke - good luck!
Mainline fruit-tella! The small pink 12mm versions are just perfect for the smaller hooks and the more delicate fishing! I can really catch with it on every lake... big mirrors...commons... even the big grasscarp can’t resist them....
Its great to have so much confidence Jef!
My favourites are the high impact balanced wafters in the salty squid flavour. It caught me lot of lovely fish.
Great to hear Albert!
I used High impact 16mm choco orange pop-ups...... Landed me some mean linear carps and even some gras carps, all around the 2 foot lenght :)). Great pop-up, i have it on every session
Nice - great stuff!
My all time favourite mainline baits product has to be the Cell! Whenever I'm faced with a tricky venue or a place that holds big carp I always head straight for the cell. Carp can not resist it!
Very consistent bait Matty - the carp just love it everywhere!
Loving the new smart liquid in cell. The last two trips have seen carp on the bank when mates have blanked in the next swims over. Can’t praise it enough.
Sounds like you have an edge on them there! Yep we're really pleased with the Smart Liquid - very special product!
High leakage 15 mm boilies have caught me a tonne of fish, love em! Great story, great rig, great vid. Thanks! 👊🏼
Thanks Daniel - glad you enjoyed watching this!
Caught my first carp on a new club pond that I was struggling to get a bite on but Banoffee 15mm produced the goods for me.
The SmartLiquid! Definitely a game changer... History in the making!
Sure is Craig!
I love the power particle tigers, landed 10 carp on last session fished on a Ronnie rig balanced with Cork to fish as a tiger wafter ... awesome!!
Nice!
Essential Cell freezer range have bagged plenty of carp for me all year round. Going to try the snowman based on this vid. Very clear and well explained, thank you Mainline 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🎣 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Good stuff Jamie - glad we helped you with this video! Good luck!
Cell pop ups on a spinner. Works well in a bag or over a few free offering! Love it👍
Versatile presentation - like it!
Nice one John,a brillaint rig explained,i remember the B175s,think it was good old Lee Jackson who let that cat out the bag,as for best product think without a doubt its got to be active maple 8 for me and the ever faithful milky toffees, what happened to longshank hooks we all used them then suddenly, out came the wide gapes and they were consigned to the bottom of the tackle box, anyway pal once again ,brilliant video explained perfectly.
Thanks Lee - those ole B175's did some fish despite being bright gold! Really pleased you enjoyed the video and the story!
Tuti fruity bottom bait, I've tried the snowman rig and no joy I've still to land a fish on a pop up, started using a piece of floating corn as a slighter with success p.s fairly new to this carp fishing lark.
Hopefully these latest rig guides will help you along the way - good luck Steven!
instead of the coated hooklink can you use fluorocarbon?
John.
These demos are fantastic.
Please keep them coming
DAVID RYLEY no worries David - there’s another video hitting the channel today!
15mm essential cell pop up on a spinner is my go to! Great vid!
Great set-up - and glad you enjoyed the video!
Base mixes and activators l. Love the way you can mice and match flavours (personal favourite cell base mix + hybrid activator)
Nice little edge that Frankie!
Diamond Whites is the wait to go for me. love the step bye step videos ❤️ Thank’s for those and GL all 😁
Thanks!
Love the old school active 8 boilies they have caught me loads of fish and the new high attraction pop ups are something else. Great work guys
Thanks Matt - couldn't agree more!
The old school active 8 was amazing. I was unsure being so dark. But wow they caught me hundreds of carp in the late 90s to early 00s. After that they seemed to change. Not quite so marmite and choc flavour.
It’s a shame baits change like richworth tutti frutti. That was an instant catch 20 years ago
15mm high impact fruity tuna and also another good-un cell !!! Both have given me good results👍
Great to hear the results are coming for you Ollie!
I love the cell stick mix
Lovely mix that!
Mainline 15mm Response Boilies or you got to love Active 8 with the dip in a PVA bag with trout Palates and crushed boilies
My all time favourite Mainline product is the Cell either 18mm bottom or I now use everywhere the 18mm wafters on a IQ2 D Rig
Nice set-up!
Gotta say the essential cell wafters have done me well, and gave me my pb at 31lb. Haven't changes since then.
Well done on the PB Trey!
My favourite has to be the pink and whites pop ups. Especially the cell ones. They're just such a great all rounder that can be used on so many different rigs. Don't go anywhere without them.
For sure, things like that can give so much confidence!
Always had a great deal of faith in the longshank snowman ⛄️. In fact I caught my very first 30lber on a snowman rig with a Mainline Cell and Pineapple combo but my favourite Mainline bait is still Activ8. Going to give the Snowman a try this week because I’m in exactly the same predicament on Christchurch. Found this video really helpful because it’s made me realise I shouldn’t be a sheep and do what everyone else is doing when I already have utmost confidence in my own angling and rigs!
Confidence is everything - so glad this video helped! Good luck there's some mega fish in there!
Lovely video as usual, many thanks for that!
Like the story to, looking forward for more.
Glad you enjoyed it!
The product I've used most is (weirdly enough) the Banoffee glug. Used it for all sorts of things from pumping into pellets when fishing for crucians, to glugging hookbaits as it says on the tin... great stuff.
Nice - its a very versatile liquid and lovely flavour!
Had some great results on the cell I have now moved onto the link as my bait this yr I’ve only managed 3 x 48 hrs on the bank this yr but had an awesome 28 lb mirror and a few stockies but it shows the bait is beginning to get noticed
Well done on that big mirror Christopher!
My favoutite Mainline product would have to be 15 mm Banoffee Wafers, but I look forward to trying the new Smart Liquid. The video you made left a good impression!
The Banoffee baits catch a lot of carp - thanks the Smart Liquids are a very special product!
Active-8 back in the day, nowadays The Link, awesome fish catcher !
Yes Darren - two great freezer baits!
Its going to have to be the 15mm milky toffee popup for me with a 10mm tutti frutti or a strawberry zest response. Love the videos boss keep them coming.
Thanks Anthony - glad you're enjoying the video's!
Blanked for 7 session until I changed to snowman rig on a ib great video 👌👌👌
Sometimes it takes a little tweak to get the bites - well done Donny!
Oh for sure I ended the season on a high a fully scaled mirror 39lb 6 oz hopefully you could do a video to cover a rig suitable for particle fishing
@@donnydbikelife8665 Mega result Donny! This Snowman Rig with the Longshank hook is actually ideal for particle rigs like stacks of maize or double tigers, but yeah we can still look at other options. We include a cool little hookbait edge using a Tiger Nut in this video: ruclips.net/video/CGKT4A4qCp0/видео.html
Cell, I know it’s now old, but it’s still a great bait and has never let me down.
Yep a great bait that disproved the theory that baits could 'blow' over time - the Cell just keeps on bringing the results!
Loving these vids keep them coming. My all time favourite Mainline product has to be from the high attract range either in Essential IB or Pineapple flavours.
Thanks Paul - we'll try to keep them coming!
I really like the high visual pineapple pop-ups 😎👍 thanks for all the great vids🙏🙏 keep them coming😀👍👍
Thanks Rolf, we're going to try and keep giving you guys the content you're asking for!
15 mm cell wafter, multiple times used 🤘 cracking bait
Thanks Dave - yep cracking bait!
Without doubt has to be the Pro-Active Pineapple. Loved them 👍🏻
It did do well Andrew.
One word "cell". Keep up the great work, brilliant blogs!
Thanks Andy - glad you enjoyed the video, we will be doing more of this style.
Great video and thanks for the info.
The dumbell 14/18mm in essential cell work great for me and stick mix liquid banoffee. Mainline is a great product that works fantastic.🎣😎
Thanks - yep two good products there, glad that are working for you!
15mm tutti frutti. My young sons love them too. Great videos keep it up !!!!!!!!
Thanks - good luck to you and your boys!
Love the snowman rig caught me loads. My favourite mainline product is the milky toffee pop ups. Love them as singles but even better is on top of my food baits of choice as a snowman. Keep up the vids loving them and great little story.
Thanks James - Milky Toffee/Cell Snowman's have caught loads of carp for our team over the years!
@@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV I love them on top of a fish meal ;)
I love mainline flouro popups 🎣👍👍
Food source attraction and visual stimulus combined - perfect!
Which size of shrink tube are you using?
Its the small silicone tubing from Korda (used the position the exit point of the Hair)
The toppers absolutely amazin since most places I fish don’t allow fake corn 👍
Exactly! But yet so many anglers don't know about them - maybe we need a Topper Rig How To?!
Mainline Baits Carp Fishing TV absolutely love how to vids amazin sat here very nerdy taking notes on everything you say best you tube channel I’ve found keep up the great work can’t wait for the next one 👍👍👍
@@Leswilks77 Thanks Leslie, so good to hear that we're able to help and nothing nerdy about learning - its the only way we can all become better anglers!
the cell actavte8 glug was unreal idk wht it is but that stuff is by far the best thing i have ever used
As long as the carp like its all that matters!
Power partical Tigmix.
Really great blog. Really going to try this rig method here in South Africa.
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Tutti fruiti boilies and fruit smart liquid, makes the perfect winter boilie crumb stick mix. Saved many blanks for me I’m sure 😊
Great combo!
My all time go to bait would have to be the cell, but recently been mixing it with link aswel. Great video as always and loved your story John at the end.
Thanks, yep two very good baits - and so glad you like the additional story!
Brilliant story and top angling I’ve used the long shank on my snowman rigs definitely a good rig 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it - yep underused but very good hook pattern!
Cell is a all time favourite of mine...
A fav for a great many anglers - a brilliant boilie!
15mm essential cell pop up is a go to for the Ronnie rig!
Great set-up!
15mm ib pop ups for snowman and Ronnie rigs
Brilliant rig
Yep, the combination of a bottom bait from your feed and a bright attractor bait can be devestating on its day!
Love the Cell base mix mixed with Polaris and activator this combined with a touch of added powder colour of choice is a dream bait, having said that I would never leave home without a bag of Essential ib as a back up
When the winner has a back up you're in a good place Danny - like it!
Do you use any kind of anti-tangle, a stick mix or PVA nuggets?
Hi Chris, because of the double hookbait there is enough weight at the end of the rig to keep the rig out, away from the lead etc. on the cast, but my preferred method is a small PVA mesh bag of a few boilies matching the bottom bait of the Snowman nicked onto the hook. Then take a small piece of PVA tape, barely pierce it on the hookpoint and tie with half a granny knot behind the hook so the Hair (blowback style on the rig ring) is trapped in place. I'll try and find a picture and post onto the community tab for you to see.
Fruit Tella #best flavor
#fish love it
#mainline best baits
I love the pineapple pop ups. Always seem to do me well!
They've caught a lot of fish!
@@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV It's my go to bait.
@@michaeljones302 Great to have this level on confidence in something!
High leakage pineapple wafters cought me loads of fish, great videos trying the blow back rig this weekend on a couple of balanced tigers, 🤞 can get a lump or 2.
Thanks Adam - Good luck, hopefully you'll catch a few!
The Cell Flouro Pink and White pop ups, these work for me on a 22 acre water where 90% of the bank-side is nature trust and cant be fished from...
Tough situation that - so great to hear you've found a successful approach!
Essencial I.B. and Spicy Crab are doing the work for me! Good job :)
Nice two great baits - glad they are working for you!
Hi visual popups or the special edition pop ups my all round favorite 😜 got my first 4 fishes on the hi visuals since then mainline popups are my all time fav
Nice! The special editions are catching a lot of fish at the mo!
IB wafter on the german rig 🤞 always been keen to try the snowman and will definately give it ago after this video thanks for the tips 👍
Essential IB wafters - hookbaits made in carp heaven! Glad we could help with the rig!
It’s got to be the cell for me. Tried and tested had loads of fish on them 👍🏻🎣
Such a reliable choice Matt!
Cell and essential I.b. Great combo
Great combo Allen!
Favourite product from mainline is spod & pva pellet mix
One our teams fav too!
Essential cell pop up has just landed me my pb from the local park lake at 24lb 4oz
Wahoo! Well done Kevin! Great news!
Cell definitely my go to bait 🎉❤
Active 8 fantastic bait great video I still use the b175 s
Thanks Robert - yep fantastic bait!
Fruity squid pastel barrel wafters - the smell is so strong! 🎣🎣
Yeah we were really pleased how that flavour blend worked out!
Active 8,fusion,cell,hybrid,link.love um get on mainline
Great to hear Chris!
Got to be the classic tutti fruitti boilies still my favourite after all these years 🥰👍
The original high attract bait and as you say still going strong for good reason!
15mm Cell every time - excellent video again, you are getting good at these John.
Haha thanks Jason, maybe - hopefully not too many translations needed for the Cornish accent!
Mainline Baits Carp Fishing TV John I’m gonna tie your long shank snowman rig dreckly.
@@manninghr1 Haha yep that's how we do things down here!
