2016 Peugeot 308 THP Start-Up and Full Vehicle Tour

Hello everyone! Today's video will be about the Malaysian-spec 2016 Peugeot 308 five door hatchback with the 1.6 litre Prince turbocharged petrol engine producing 150hp/152PS paired to a 6-speed automatic.

Wow finally I can watch your car.
Very beautiful car in my opinion.
I think it need some modifications like a new bodykit, turbo upgrade, ECU modification, and audio upgrade to make this car more interesting and fun to drive more haha.
One of my friend just bought the first generation 308 turbo with all of modification above and I can say the car is very fun to drive!

Hi, How long been driven this car? so far any issue happen?

I've had this car since August 2016, and so far no major issues so far. The only two problems I had was the fan control unit sensor that spoilt and was replaced under warranty and also the battery dying when the car was 10 months old. The battery was also replaced under warranty. I've done the maintenance according the time as my mileage is too low to follow the mileage-based services.

How was it compare to your previous mk6 vw golf?

I've always had a soft spot for Peugeots, but in a fair comparison, this one definitely looks better and it's better equipped as well. It also has the bigger boot among the two. However, the Golf's engine is more economical and the DSG is a smoother shifting transmission. The Golf also has better rear legroom.

Comparation for my Peugeot 308THP and my golf MK7 Gti.... For maintainance Peugeot is better... Handling Golf is better... Consumption depend how your drive style... Peugeot more comfort.... Overall i like peugeot even I like to drive fast on the hiway using my golf.... Performance???? Of course my Golf MK7 GTI.... 😘😘😘
