It carries a scale to judge others, but rigged it to always lean one way, caring more about making a decision at all than whether it be the _right_ decision. Perhaps the metaphor hits closer to home than chest tentacles or a peacock plumage’s worth of eyes.

what i took it as is uh... you know apoc birds weapon, which looks similar but has many eyes? and how long birds weapon has the spots where theneyes would be bandaged? really seems to point to its lore
Canonically, JBird ripped their eyes out for big bird, which already made them literally blind. Plus they wrapped a bandage around their head which, if they had eyes still, made them not be able to see shit. Also we might know that JBird's head has only one eye like a cyclops due to the head of apocalypse bird made from Judgement Birds head and it only has one singular eye.
Kinda a neat detail, when judging clerks for the first time, it’s a 50/50 roll wether or not they get hanged. If the same clerk is judged a second time however it always results in being hanged.
Judgement Bird deals Pale damage, which is dealt as percentage of health. Meaning that, with low enough resistance, an employee could be instantly dealt 100% of their health at once, or even more. The hanging is just a visual effect of being killed by Judgement Bird's area attack.

Hey Grill, one thing that I want to ask you about, I added Subtitles to the Big Bird's video and got freinds to verify my subs and all of them approve it, and even after a day they didn't appeared in the video. I dont know if youtube change something about it, maybe the subtitles need to be approved by the creator of the video or something. Can you help me with that? I really want to add subtitles to all Lobotomy videos but if the subs are not going to appear, my work will be in vain. Thank you :)

@@simonecinquetti1091 It's better than nothing there's weapon in the sense that Justicia deals pale damage. A lot of abnormalities are weak to pale so Justicia is useful until endgame.

And what about its EGO suit? I swear it's just Binah's outfit with some bandages around the legs to "hide a sad past", so ironic in-context.
It's probably intended to look like an executioner's sword: large and heavy to guarantee a quick death, with no concern to agility.

That's because clerk HP is high enough to not die if the roll is too low
