The long awaited myr tribal commander - Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch - joins us today in the special 10k subscriber giveaway for Phyrexia: All Will Be One - where one lucky winner will be getting to copy of this deck for themselves!
In this build, we’ll be aiming to get maximum use out of commanders tribal token creation and once per turn tribal untap to flood the board with tokens, tap them to generate value, and, once our board reaches critical mass, loading up all our myr with counters to enable them to crack in for serious damage. Of course, that means we’ll be running plenty of myr (and some honorary myr in the form of changelings) to proc and benefit from our commanders abilities, various means to tap down our myr to generate mana, value, or disruption that our commander lets us double up on, and of course, lots of fixing to ensure we can reliable get to out commander activated ability as quickly as possible to supercharge our myr so they can overrun our opponents in a deadly (but somewhat cute) swarm for robots.

I really like the little talk about the lore. It really helps for the flavor, and can make ppl love the card despite maybe not really liking the main start of the deck.

I really appreciate all the lore tidbits about the commanders; very little if any other MTG channels with deck building content care about the story, and they are usually very well written too. The production has always been top notch and the builds very creative, especially for the budgets. The upgrades along with suggested cuts are very welcome. I wish I could buy most of the suggested decks as they all seem so great to play. But for now, I will keep looking forward to each episode as if it were a show. The growth is totally deserved and you should be one of the largest channels if not the largest. #GRAZZET10KGIVEAWAY

As someone who’s just getting started in deck building and upgrades it’s great to see the the thought process behind the changes. Some friends and I have rekindled our old love for trading card games, and most recently explored commander as the means to do so. This would be considered my first real dive into MTG (previously an older YuGiOh player back in high school), and initially I was overwhelmed. We set rules for each other to start with precons during the Brother's War era and slowly build them up. I've watched countless videos throughout RUclips for upgrades to Dihada's precon, one of the few decks so far that I've genuinely grown attached to. Compared to every other video of similar nature, I was hooked on your particular ability to articulate your thoughts on how the deck should be handled and why your card choices truly contribute to your chosen strategy. The formatting of the videos are also so well done and concise, and without saying, your flavor toss-ins with the lore are also very nice touches.

P.S. It goes without saying, but I've now watched many other videos of yours for inspiration on other decks to try - both precons upgraded and your own crafts.
I collected Myr cards all my life and when I saw Urtet got really excited to build it. People keep complaining it's just Artifacts good stuff with a tribal theme. But that's why I love it. 5 colour commanders usually are just good stuff decks. The fact that it's tribal is what makes it so interesting to me. An Urtet deck will always be different than an Ur Dragon deck. The enchantments, artifacts, Instant and Sorceries will be different. What's not to love?

I think it's pretty cool how open this commander can be for how you build it. Big dumb machines using the activated ability? Yeah, pop off. Myr tribal? Sure, fam. Token strategy? You got it, boss. And so, so much more.

I think it’s pretty cool that despite being 5 colour, the deck doesn’t break your heart on lands since most myr are colourless, really lends to the budget possibilities of this guy

I love the lore snippets regarding the commanders. MTG lore is really interesting and they can really add to the allure of commanders. I know there have been one or two that I would've overlooked, but the small lore backdrop made me interested in the character enough to try building them.

Holy crap this deck is awesome! Myr are probably the ultimate tribal deck as with access to all colors it allows them to play in many different directions and styles. There's truly a build out there for everyone and this is the best way to have an amazing deck from the start.

I only started playing Magic less than a year ago and bought the Faldorn precon as my first deck. I trawled through many Faldorn precon upgrade videos to try and find the best upgrades on a budget.
