Good suggestion! They may not be a dragon themselves but are certainly a powerful dragon tutor that still nets us a token copy of the dragon it fetches thank to our commander, so I can easily see it slotting in!
I've built a Miirym deck and it keeps up with my friends Urdragon deck if not outspeeds a majority of the time. Love seeing this deck featured. Great video!
Hey, i really love your decks. I already orderd 5 of them and i will order more of them in the future. Thank you for all the work and effort :) If you need anyone for Decktesting or online gaming i am happy to help out :)
im gonna vote for minsc and boo! i wanna see what you can come up with to fill the deck thats not just make boo, fling him end turn, i feel like the deck has a ton of potential with the right list!
I really enjoy watching your videos. I was looking forward to this one, since dragons are one of my favorite tribes (and they are my favorite fantastic animals). Still, I was surprised you didn't mention Dragon Tempest within the enchantments. I think it's a good addition. Thanks for the content.
Glad you enjoyed it! Dragon Tempest would make a fine addition, but sadly its nearly $9 price tag is out of budget for the build. Still, if you have a copy or don't mind going over budget, it makes a great addition to make our dragons after and get some extra removal/burn in as we flood our board with tokens!
It's been a bit since you've posted this last vid, but I guess I'll vote for Elminster hahah. I love the faerie token generating based on Scry and top decking. Just seems fun!
i got miirym from a prize pack of baldur's gate and i knew i needed to build her. i vote minsc & boo (who i also got from the same baldur's gate draft 😏)
as another infinite insta win combo, if you have two savage ventmaws and a hellkite charger in play, you can play Utvara hellkite and make infinite 6/6 red dragon creature tokens 👍
Dragon Tales, Dragon Tales... man, it's a shame not a lot of people would get the reference... still, amazing video as always. Also hey, the Grizzly has bear-ly managed to outpace the rest of his competitors... haha... bear-ly... As for the new vote... well, I am split between Elminster and Minsc&Boo. On ome hand, I love Azorius and Elminster is rather underrepresented. On the other hand, look at Minsc and Boo's cheeky grins. I guess if it's possible I will vote for both, and if it isn't, you can pick whichever you prefer. Day 331 of waiting for the Grazzet face reveal. Do you have a favourite tribe in Magic?
Glad you enjoyed the build and thanks for the support as always, as well as reminding me that Dragon Tales existed (I haven't thought about that show in some time....) I don't really have a favorite tribe per say, but if I had to choose one I would go with Zombies to appease my inner necromancer. Lots of powerful members, tones of support, really resilient, what's not to like!
Kilnmouth Dragon has ability to gain 3 +1/+1 for every dragon revealed in your hand with Amplify 3.He deal damage equal to number +1/+1 counter on him to target player or creature . Reckless Barbarian for two red mana when Sacrifice Him . Manaform Dragon creates X/X Illusion dragon with Haste Flight for every non-creature spell where X is amount man spent to on spell .so that other mean generate more Dragons . Spell Like kindred Charge . Bloodmark Mentor gives all your red creature First strike . Arni Brokenbrow power equal to strongest creature plus 1for turn. Tiger tribe hunter can if sacrifice a creature with her pack tactic deal damage to target creature equal to sac creature power .so that deal massive damage especial as you use your dragon tokens Then their Basalt Ravanger when it enter the feild deal x damage to any target ,where X is the greatest number of creatures you control that have creature type in common. Born to double your treasure output from other creatures and spells Crater Elemental ; Can sacrificed for 2 red mana .Consider that most dragons are red .
Cursed Mirror can give us infinite hasty Astral Dragons and Dance of Many just gives us infinite copies of it - either of which can be added in we want to add a infinite comb to the build.
After all this time I am building a miirym deck. And have a doubt... Those creatures that "when it enters, it become a copy of target creature" , they triggers miirym ? And can they become a copy of a legendary creature ?
I just pulled a Shivan Devastator which is a 13$ card. Would that be a good upgrade for this deck? I'm in the beginning stages of this deck build and was wondering if Shivan would be good.
If I'm interpreting the rules correctly - I do not believe that Shivan Devastator actually works with Miirym. Since it has to enter the field, Miirym copies the creature with only its printed values - making the copy a 0/0 with no counters on it that dies instantly.
I opted for more Dragons on the build than more sources of token generation outside our commander - but if you want to add in some more token creating effects like Reflections of Littjara & Molten Echoes, or even Doubling Season, they would be fine!
i dont that cost reducers are very good for a tribe like dragons , where you probably wont be double casting a lot : cost-reducers really do shine when you're chaining multiple spells per turn. Traditional Sorcery//artifact ramp may be more resilient and reliable
How do you keep a creature safe by flickering it? If the flicker spell is cast after the removal spell of the opponent, the flicker will resolve first, but the creature will be returned to the battlefield before the removal spell resolves. Thus, the creature will still be removed. The only option is to flicker it with a spell that says that the creature returns later in the game, e. g. during the end step. But none of the flickers you include do this.
Good question. This is due to rule 400.7 - An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence. - Meaning, is an opponent casts a removal spell targeting a creature - which they have to do as they cast the spell - we can respond by flickering the creature being targeted. The creature is then exiled and returned to the battlefield first (due the spells position on the stack) and then the removal spell attempts to resolve, see's that the target is no longer there (since the creature is originally targeted is not there according to 400.7) causing the spell to "fizzle". Best way to think of it is like a the removal spell locking on to a target when initially cast and then actually hitting the target when it resolves. If we're able to flicker the target between it locking on and actually resolving, then the spell loses its target and misses. Hope that helps.
Let me know in the comments below what commanders from Streets of New Capenna or Battle for Baldur's Gate you want to see in future polls!
I'd love to see a Myrkul, Lord of Bones deck
I wonder how you’d build a Lord Xander deck
I would love to see some of the older precons that are still affordable
Jen Jensen
Minsec would be great
Although he's not a dragon, I think that Zirilan of the Claw would be a great upgrade for the deck
Good suggestion! They may not be a dragon themselves but are certainly a powerful dragon tutor that still nets us a token copy of the dragon it fetches thank to our commander, so I can easily see it slotting in!
It's always fun to see how many cards, from a build, that I have in my collection before I put it together.👍
Yep, nothing like dusting off the old collection and seeing what can be slotted into a new build!
This would be a fun one to do a limitless budget on also. All the Ancient Dragons!
I've built a Miirym deck and it keeps up with my friends Urdragon deck if not outspeeds a majority of the time. Love seeing this deck featured. Great video!
Good to hear!

Glad you like them!
Yessss! I've been waiting for this one ever since I pulled Miirym as my promo card at prerelease 🐲
Yowza - might be the best Grazzet Dragon build yet
I will recommend you to think about adding simply red dragon,at ETB deals 4 to all opponents. A few clones of it,can close a game FAST
Not a bad choice, since that AOE burn can add up pretty quick!
Also, getting the RG dragon precon on AFR is a good start for building miirym. Just remove a bunch of stuff and replace them with blue.
True, plus you can get a copy of Dragonborn Champion for the build which has been spiking in price!
Interesting build. I love seeing your work. I wanna vote for Minsc and Boo. Every time I look at that card, I just wanna build it.
im gonna vote for minsc and boo! i wanna see what you can come up with to fill the deck thats not just make boo, fling him end turn, i feel like the deck has a ton of potential with the right list!

Very well put together video, loved it!

@@GrazzetMTG , wow. I didn't know the price had gone up so much. I have a copy because I bought the Ur-dragon deck. Still, great video.
Hell yeah I’ve always wanted to see your spin on this commander option! my vote is minsc & boo
Hope you enjoy it and thanks for voting!
Loved the video! been lookinmg for new mtg content to sub to!
Awesome, thank you!
Luckily I had many of the cards for the Myron deck? That is my nickname for this dragon Commander.
It's been a bit since you've posted this last vid, but I guess I'll vote for Elminster hahah. I love the faerie token generating based on Scry and top decking. Just seems fun!
I’d love to see your take on Jon Irenicus, Shattered One. He’s such a funky commander with a lot of card draw potential
i got miirym from a prize pack of baldur's gate and i knew i needed to build her. i vote minsc & boo (who i also got from the same baldur's gate draft 😏)
another great one thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
We've always played that a flicker spell which returns a creature the creature still gets removed. Sucks that I've had that wrong for 20 years.
I vote for Wilson with Criminal Past.
3:34 Goblin Anarchomancer is somewhat better then Servant due not limited to dragons but Gruul colors.
Fair point - I would say run/substitute by preference.
as another infinite insta win combo, if you have two savage ventmaws and a hellkite charger in play, you can play Utvara hellkite and make infinite 6/6 red dragon creature tokens 👍
New Grazzet vid = hype
The hype is always appreciated!

Yo this deck is fire!!! Copy dragon with ETB effects? Wow..
Kilnmouth Dragon has ability to gain 3 +1/+1 for every dragon revealed in your hand with Amplify 3.He deal damage equal to number +1/+1 counter on him to target player or creature .

Oh boy. Here we go.
Astral dragon + a permanent that copies another permanent on etb = infinite copies of Astral dragon.
Cursed Mirror can give us infinite hasty Astral Dragons and Dance of Many just gives us infinite copies of it - either of which can be added in we want to add a infinite comb to the build.

I'd drop clone for spark double or maybe phyrexian metamorph
Clone was the budget version of these, but if you want to go over budget - they would make fine additions to replace it!
Id like to vote for Minsc and Boo

Can you do chandra tribal next?
I think that would make a fun theme build but sadly I do not have the time.
my vote is minsc & boo

Traditional Sorcery//artifact ramp may be more resilient and reliable
Ofc great video as usual :)
Fair - it has worked for me but if you find them unreliable, then swapping them out for land based ramp is a fine option!
Can you get this deck as a precon
Sadly no.
@@GrazzetMTG thanks and I enjoy your content
