- TusenFryd is the largest theme park in Norway. Owned by Parques Reunidos, this park features a unique setting on a large hill. This means the park has to get creative with their ride additions. There was one small attempt to start with fasttrack in 2022, but there was great opposition among people and politicians. With comments such as "In this country we live according to the principle of equality, and if you don't see the benefit of it, it just means that you are blessed with enough money to not have to think about it" It ended shortly after it started and probably won't come back.
Liseberg's management said they were worried about opposition to virtual queues, which is why they made their's free. TusenFryd could do something similar if their goal is to get people out of line.
I wish that could be the vibe everywhere, tbh

My husband (not a big coaster nerd like me) mentioned wanting to go to Norway for his 40th birthday and my first thought was how can I talk him into going to Tusenfryd on his birthday trip. 😅

I was surprised to hear that Norway has a hand full of amusement parks. For a country that's so far like Norway, I am surprised to see that they have at least one.
People can still enjoy parks even in a cooler climate.
As i went here on opening day. I can say Den Aller Minste is gone...
