Was depressed, got my ass handed to me in a wrestling match, decided to start bulking, one week in and I’ve gone from slim Jim 95 pounds at 5’8 to 110 pounds (same height.) From my experience, no amount of Andrew tate videos will save you. No amount of reading these comments to feel better or posting one to dump your trauma will make you feel better. For me the only way was to get my ass beat, I would try that too even if it sounds strange. Have a friendly match with a person you know, find out they’re better then you, you’ll be motivated to be better. Saying “I can’t do this anymore” on a RUclips comment section can’t and won’t help you. Edit: I can now bench 15 more pounds then I used to be able to, 2 weeks in. Edit. My body weight has stayed relatively the same, 110 pounds still. However my bench is now 125. Before I started I could only do 55 pounds. I am conquering lots of things right now; a porn addiction? Haven’t looked at it in a month straight. I’m eating healthier. When I have dinner I go to grab a water instead of a coke, and I eat poorly only on Saturday’s and sundays. I have a very healthy lifestyle and I’ve gained lots of friends. If you are down and reading this, you need to hear me out. I can’t save you but I can push you in the right direction. You need to take your life into your hands. Life is going to throw so, so much at you. It’s gonna throw horrible things at you like fights and drama and suicidal thoughts and addictions to bad, bad things. You are going to be knocked down and beat while you’re down a LOT. Then winter break came in and I promised myself to be a better person and treat her better. But this happened in 2019 so you know what happened. We were texting throughout 2020 and I realized how much i missed her and how important she was to my life. The messages starting withering and the responses from her started taking longer and longer. And then I heard a quote that went something like this, “Stop texting texting first and see how many dead plants you’ve been watering” so I stopped messaging. From then on the messages from her were started to wither, I was angry, angry at myself, I felt guilt and sadness the whole late 2019 to 2020-2021 maybe it was depression it’s in my blood. When we got back to school I couldn’t talking to her for 13 weeks and I bearly muttered a quiet “hi” she said as sweetly as she could “oh it’s Manny!” Then she went on to her friends. That was the moment I realized she moved on and yet there I was still in love. Alone. Like it should’ve been. I tried talking to her but it felt so awkward so empty. So I remembered that quote once more and stopped approaching first and guess what? She stopped talking to me. I mean I had it coming for all thing I said to her. Later on in the year was the last time I talked to her, and will probably be the last. I remember the first interaction I had with her and also the last and will probably be the last time we talk ever again. The first interaction was a friendly conversation but the last was definitely something I can’t explain with words, I guess a bit of a empty feeling from me and She gave me the feeling of “I never want to see this person ever again”. This is how the “interaction” went she bumped into me and someone said “hey stop bumping into manny” she said without looking at me for a second “who’s manny?” Of course she knew who I was, if she hadn’t that would mean she never loved me. But after hearing that I just stood there doing nothing, and I felt an emptiness inside of me knowing that, that would be the time that our interactions would end. What a depressing way to end a relationship. From strangers to friends to best friends to something more then to friends again and then back to strangers. Is this the way my life is going to turn out? Just Love with no true behind it? Just pain? I honestly don’t mind these feelings any more they have been there every minute of my life after Homecoming, this might sound a bit edgy but I feel numb, not happy a bit sad, but more empty knowing that the last time she’s ever going to see me is as a bad memory who you are trying to forget and not a friend. i've been living with an alcoholic family member for most of my life now. it never rly bothered me when i was younger, but it definitely bothered his significant other for the long run. every night when he's drunk he cusses me out, makes me uncomfortable, and it's just so degrading for me. i can't put up with this stuff because i already struggle with school and people, and it honestly makes me so deprived of happiness. everytime i do something wrong i'm either cussed out, compared to someone i don't like, or i end up staying in my room for days. my guardians have caused me to feel so horrible about myself, so terrified of messing up because i don't want to have to deal with getting yelled at almost every single day. i like when he's sober and i like when she just forgets about the negative things. he may be the reason why i'm terrified of talking to males or too scared to get in a relationship with one. it's because i feel so put down at this point that i don't want to try. i don't know what to do anymore except keep myself in my room (bc i have no lock), cry myself to sleep, wish death upon them bc i'm so messed up, or just hurt myself. it's to the point where i've written suicide letters, planned different ways to k!ll myself, and so many other things. i feel so distant from people, it's like i'm not even there. like i don't exist.

@@valverios i dont feel real comfortable talking to a family member about it, but my grandma is definitely aware abt it and they always fight bc of it; i don't get super depressed abt it but it definitely does affect me in some ways and im just waiting till im 17 so i can move out
idk if i really wanna call cps because it might just cause a lot more problems and he does become sober for like a few weeks once in a blue moon, like i understand he drinks to help treat his stress with bills and family stuff but it does bother me
