Each year, we proudly host our Christmas lunch for patrons during the second week of December. The upcoming narrative delves into the intricacies of our festive preparations and the subsequent three days of bustling activity as we strive to deliver an great dining experience.

When I worked in a restaurant, the owner was always yelling, pushing or running around grabbing things. This man is so calm, precise and genuine.
You are so great at customer service! I am a closing manager, and I am constantly trying to get the younger workers to be kinder, the customers are our paycheck. And to people who don't work in food service, please be kind to us! Thank you and Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
Mr.T my mom is going though a tough timeshe has stage 4 lung cancer and had her first round of chemo 2 weeks ago. Shes mentally not stable because of the pain meds shes been on , so to get me through this time I love watching your videos so that's how much your videos mean to me. I do live in the states in Virginia I have got my mom to watch your channel with me a couple times she loves the way you cook and the way you talk to people. So I can use all the prayers for my mom Mary to heal I want to wish everybody over the pond a very merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

@@firearchives Ty so she's been in the hospital for about 4 days she got pneumonia but the antibiotics seem to be helping . The doctors lowered her pain medication and she seems to be getting some of her mind back because of it. So now we just got to try to battle this stage 4 cancer. My mom is strong and everybody's prayers from everybody it's amazing thank you all.

I don’t cook poached eggs but I think the two important details I noticed was the quick release of the entire egg, and most likely a preferred temperature of boil.

I prefer the 'folded' style of scrambled egg, where it's very gently folded upon itself. Seems to be a European thing but it's quite nice.

I love your videos and don't mean to criticize but in the United States we heat the tortilla on both sides first and then add the cheese to the hot tortilla on a sprinkled side this will allow you more time to prepare the toppings while the cheese melts hopefully this will be of help to you in the future

... Gammon is meat that has been cured (by being salted, brined or smoked) and sold raw, whereas Ham is meat that has been dry-cured or cooked, and is sold ready to eat. In a nutshell; when you've cooked your Gammon, it becomes Ham.

I wish my workplace would have had a place to eat. They finally added a lunchroom with machines that had sandwiches and soup. Not very good but eatable if you had a call and didn't want to go out..

The ones who appear to not pay, are going to the other register to pay. From what I've gathered they have more than one cash register for people to pay. 😊👍
