That looks like a paint chipper he's using as a spatula. It seems more efficient then a real spatula. This is what professionalism is all about IMO. I don't care if you flip burgers, shine shoes or wash cars. Do it at a high level and you will have the respect of all those around you. Love this content.
Idk where you from but those are definitely spatulas. I'm from Houston, TX and there's a plethora of Mexicans here. They usually use those type of spatulas when cooking on wide surfaces. (I have some also in the kitchen)

T, we’ve figured the beans for breakfast thing out. In the USA Navy they have a “Navy Bean” available for breakfast. It’s a white bean and delicious. Go Navy and Thanks again for Breakfast.
Hehehe, well, that's what I'm going to have for lunch for a while now because I need to lose some weight (not with beans though). Jacket potato, tuna mayo, some jalapenos and some pico de gallo. It's filling, and nutritious, also, it's easy not to overeat as it is not overly tasty 👌😀👍

I'm from Los Angeles, although I've been and lived many places on different parts of the planet, including England, and I love eating new things and appreciating how and what people eat. .... You should get some grease proof bags for folk that eat out and only want a sausage or a hash brown, seems such a waste putting one sausage in a big tray, that can’t be cheap to sustain!
