When I tell you these are the best.. please understand.. I’m a choco- holic. If your thing is dark or triple chocolate… no need! So fudgy and you can tell from the batter. And they do double quite well.

Ugh, that's so annoying! 🙁 There are a few factors that could cause this, so it’s hard to pinpoint just one. I've found that the least expensive papers tend to be the ones that stick the most. You could try non-stick liners next time, or you can lightly spray your liners before filling them. I hope they still tasted delicious! 🙂

That should be fine if you use the proper substitution. If using weight you will use the same weight measurement. If using cups you will need 1C + 2TBSP of cake flour for every 1C of all purpose flour. 🙂

If you want to skip the coffee, just use hot water instead. Hot chocolate contains sugar and other additives we don't need here 😊

How many tbsp of coffee do u use??
You will want to brew coffee as directed and use 1 cup of that coffee. :)
