What do you mean by pop and bounce? I’ve heard that when running top speed it should almost feel like your floating

Good question. You should think about how you land. Anticipate the ground and strike with intent and purpose (pop). If you strike correctly and are efficient and powerful with force you may just feel like you are floating. The fastest people in the world put the most force in the ground - but in the least amount of time!
