So fucking stubborn.... Just like a battered wife. You don't understand. What i'm telling you is that you went into Kingdom Hearts with too many fucking expectations. Kingdom Hearts isn't a necessarily linear experience. You are going to back track alot. Keep in mind KH 1 is a 2002 game. Very ambitious and ahead of it's time. Try to understand that. There's only so much they could've done with the technology at the time. The reason there's alot of back tracking is because the levels are so small. Look at Wonder Land and Deep Jungle. Tiny ass areas if you really evalute it. Also, they the characters explain what you have to do... All you have to do is just read and pay attention. Most of the time, they explain how to complete your current objective. If you're looking for a linear and very easy RPG that holds your hand throughout the entire game like a fucking child, then look no further than Final Fantasy X. I love that game to death, but if you're really complaining about difficulty spikes leaving sour tastes in your mouth, then you're obviously playing the wrong game. Go play FFX. It's so easy, you can beat that game using only one character: Rikku. You don't even need to level up at all. If you're looking for that type of game, don't go looking at Kingdom Hearts expecting a FFX or FFXIII kind of experience
Just got it on sale on ps5. I like how honest and critical you were here. It helped me understand what I was getting into and what problems I would have while also highlighting things I can look forward to while playing. I never played any KH games before but my friends talked me into it and so far I don’t regret it.
Currently started replaying the series again ( I replay one or two games every few years but replaying the first game for the first time in 10 years lol.) a lot of what you say I can understand. I don’t agree with every point but I respect your opinion. I’ve seen comments saying you are being too negative. To me they didn’t watch the whole video. To me at points you did seem to come off a bit harsh but that’s just me and a lot of things you point out to me come more down to old school design. These games do have flaws when measure d up to todays games and I like that you bring those up for those interested or younger gamers who may not know how old this series is even from the time you made it. Cool video.
I’m so confused, this whole review was full of complaints, then it gets a 9 out of 10. Am I missing something? He didn’t touch on anything positive, except the story. I’m currently downloading this game as we speak, this review made me really regret my purchase, then I got to the end like, “ok 9, but you only said negatives? What makes this game a 9?”
SuperkenGaming oh no... so like I don’t care about story when it comes to these type of games, I care more about the game play, so basically I should give it a 5, ugh!
I have passed on every Kingdom Hearts title since they originally came out. I recently got a random bundle of 15 games for the Ps4, and this was one of them. Seems I haven't an excuse now.
Very interesting and fun video! As a fan since the ps2 releases, it's great to see more people giving the series a shot! This series has always been that thing that only I seemed to know about. Question though: Did you play all the secret content and the Final Mix extras? Personally I feel that's where KH 2 really shines in boss design and satisfaction for playing them! In contrast that's where BBS becomes a much more painful experience in my opinion due to the design not allowing many options for variety unless you want the fights to last way too long or have to repeat them many many times. Anyway that's just me being curious because I haven't really heard someone say KH2 isn't satisfying if they're playing anything above Normal difficulty. Great video! :D
Yes they really need too. But by now I was tired of waiting and bought a PS. They took to long. Still would love the port though. Don't want to hog the TV 😉
I played KH 1 and 2(beat them) and took a break. I have a PS5 and realized how much games are I need to play before playing KH3. Thank you for the video😅.
I'm so confused about this review. A very long list what is bad about the game, hardly anything positive and then you give it a 9 out of 10? Very strange.
Also play kh 1.5 on proud and oh 2.5 on critical. Don’t miss the secret bosses neither. I promise it will be a lot harder. Especially when you fight all the secret bosses. Good luck on lingerwill and sephiroth
To be fair to Chain of Memories, it's a 3D port of a GBA game. Being a GBA game, the 'scope' of the game probably wasn't meant to be nearly as big as a full KH game, so they re-used locations and stuff. Now, take a GBA game, port it, in 3D, to a full console game, without many changes outside of it being 3D, and naturally it's gonna be a big of a lesser game compared to KH1 and 2. It's honestly hard for me to complain about this compilation to be honest. I mean, you get 4 entire Kingdom Hearts games, in HD, with a higher framerate, on a modern console. But...... I find it a little bit of cop out to make two of the included games just...a movie. I know, they were DS games, which would be weird playing with a controller if the touch screen was involved. But if they can go through the trouble to completely remake huge chunks of KH 1 and 2 because they lost the original assets and code, they coulda just remapped touch screen stuff to controller buttons and made them playable.
I've never played any of these games, and decided to Download 1.5 + 2.5, see a review, and jump in. But after this review, I literally lost all motivation. You totally shitted on the entire series.
Dude honestly give it a shot. The wonky controls and backtracking is a bit of a drag but I've been a fan of this series since I got the first one on ps2 when I was a kid. Picked up the second one on day 1 and loved every minute. About 10 years ago I went and bought a ps2 just to play the first and second one again. Fast forward to 29 year old me buying the third one (collectors edition) at gamestop for midnight release. This series is amazing and I've beat them multiple times throughout my life. Now I'm playing through 1.5 and will be moving on to 2.5 then 3 again so that I can play through every kingdom hearts game on my series x. Don't listen to the hater and hop to it. There's a reason this game has been remastered multiple times throughout the years.
I just got this game on EGS and I really appreciate the detail in this video😃👍🏾 Not sure what century I'll get to play it though but I will eventually lol (my backlog is insane lol😅). The game actually looks good for a remaster and I can' wait to try it out.
Man fuck all these haters, these review was perfect and very informative for everyone complaining that he criticizes the games then gave a good review thats what critiquing is, great review, just finished kh2!
I have to disagree about kh 358/2 days and recoded . While, yes they are hard to go back to on ds. Use desume x432 to use open gl 4 and anti aliasing with a bluetooth controller. To map the controlls like kh1-3 . An somehow it feels so right . The cutscene movies remove important character beats that feel empty and fans should play the ds games to get the full picture .
On Xbox, this is going for $12.49, also 2.8 is $14.99. Seems like a good deal to me. [WARNING BOTH OFFERS END ON FEBRUARY 24TH] (Saying this now so I don’t have another comment saying “No it’s not.”, then I have to say “That was 2 weeks ago”, etc. (still gonna happen)).
Damn this review was terrible lol. Doesn't take into account the time the games were made, or the different difficulty levels and challenges. Square gives you an ability so you can do level 1 critical mode for a reason. Also dodge roll is super easy to get, git gud.
Dude they did not get rid of the ability to dodge roll and high jump you just abbe to level up your drive forms and why are you comparing it to god of war 😭😭 makes zero sense
Seems odd to review the games themselves as there are reviews almost a decade old at times for all of these. Yet you hardly talk about the one thing that matters most to a remastered review. The remastered aspects. You mention that it's pretty but nothing of if they did any updates from before to now. Load times? Framerate jumps? Controversial aspects where they missed easy opportunities to vastly improve the experience but chose not to? Or vice versa. Decent review of the game's story and touch on their technical aspects but maybe something to keep in mind for future remaster reviews.
Im new to the series.. i cant tell you whats changed about the game.. I see this collection more for people that missed the games than people that want a reason to replay them
I know this video is old but I don’t understand why you’re being so defensive when people tell you to play on a higher difficulty in kh2. These games are made for children, so obviously you’re gonna be able to mash x unless you’re playing on the mode that’s specifically designed to challenge more experience/older players to make you use more than your keyblade combos. I’m not sure how you could have fun as an adult just mashing x for 30 hours straight?
6 months late but The Witcher 3 had iffy combat. I dont believe anyone that would ever describe The Witcher 3 combat to be "fast and fluid". I wouldnt call it bad but no way it was "fast and fluid".
You know I just realized sum, I finally found why all they games have those numbers 1.5, 2.5 and 2.8, lol it’s referring to the timeline, that’s birth by sleep would be considered 0 because it happened before 1, that’s why the other game is called 0.2 cuz it starts off right after 0 ends. The reason 1.5 is called that because it has Kh1 in it obviously, the .5 comes from com and 358 days because they’re halfway into Kh2 which is why it’s called 1.5. I’m so stupid 😂
I haven't played it yet. I have 1 more week to wait until I play it. I havr the original PS2 versions and 358/2 days. I have great and bad memories of KH1 as I found it fun but hard. KH2 is more of the draw for me and finally playing re:chained of memories and Bitch By Sleep. For value for your money and the added secret bosses and new keyblades from the PS3 is also a plus. Call me old and nostalgic I would give it 9.5/10 .
First game is pushing 20 years old, refers to combat as 'witcher 3 style'........ I like how the original pong's soccer mode uses the FIFA 21 style of gameplay.
its almost necissary to play the original kingdom hearts with a guide... its very dated in terms of progression.. none of the other games are like that though Theres a section beyond the hippos that will take you to the tree tops. .try that
I bought the collection on PS4 and I hate it! I might have actually enjoyed it if I could get through a single game without it either bugging out or corrupting before I can get 30 mins in. I was really curious to learn why so many people love this franchise but this has left me only with a fat dump of garbage to taste in my mouth
So you said that all bosses in kh2 are hack and slash only huh ok so if you were to only hack and slash no dodging no magic no counter and just continuously wailing on the enemy surely that would win you the fight right? You don't need to dodge or counter your opponent when they attack since all those fights are just hack and slash and you will win by spamming the attack button. When i hear hack and slash i think of games like Hyrule warriors and Fire emblem warriors even if i consider them hack and slash i still love them what i dislike is when people start to say that a game is hack and slash when its more than that since you need to read your opponent, learn their tells, and understand when you have an opening to attack.
I don't think they're good, but I feel like KH2's certainly has more going for it. I know I'd rather play a fast paced, and semi-creative bullet hell than a slow, monotonous one. But, to each his own ig.
Personally I liked the kh2 gummi battles. It adds to the game for me. Trying to get the best score and all that. Plus building ships (which I never liked cuz I was never good at it) but still it adds something extra. I hope kh3 has them but the game can stand without them for sure
Not sure he’s complaining about it not being in kh2 so much as they could have just improved the platforming for kh2 instead of removing it completely. Honestly it didn’t bother me not having platforming but I wouldn’t have minded if the game had a few sections just with tighter controls improved from the first game.
No, Chain of Memories is a fun to play through... and the story is interesting... but its way too long considering its revisiting kingdom hearts 1 all over again (it shouldve been like 8-10 hrs max) Dream Drop Distance is a direct Sequel to Kingdom Hearts Coded (which is a waste of your time... as i said in this review, watch the first few and last few chapters.. becuase that movie is just a recap) Dream Drop Distance takes you to the same places as kingdom hearts 1 (except 2 new places) I think DDD is the worst game in the series not counting the DS games... I think its story of challenging the boys was an unecessary money grab.. it ads nothing to the story except towards the end
Well. I want to get this collection, but the kid-friendly feel and dated graphics (Which are usually not a problem for me) drive me away from getting it. The most important aspect for me is the story, is it good and deep? Or some kid-friendly brainwashing power of friendship?
definitely get this! the story isnt kiddy at all... I honestly think the disney properties were used as an excuse to tell this story and get people to actually experience... I got teary eyed practically every game
Well, for 1, you clearly played the PS3 versions of the games (the versions with loading problems), which caused you to say the drive forms were worse than they actually are (the PS2 & PS4 versions of KH2 & BBS don't have that). I can tell you just played the PS3 versions as well because everyone who plays the PS3 versions of these games has footage that looks really bad compared to the cleaner PS4 version's visuals. Also, what does "it's about 8 hours long, clocking in around 33 hours" mean? That's contradictory. Did you mean 8 worlds, not hours? 2. You blatantly ignored how intuitive the KH2 combat is & how much more fluid & fast it is than KH1. In fact, you said KH2 is worse than KH1 because, apparently, not having to dodge all the time when fighting a boss is a bad thing over learning patterns & using multiple combat options to your advantage. This is only compounded when you praised KH2 for improving upon what was established in the first game in every other respect. The less platforming, I can get as a con, but not the rest. Like, HOW does KH2 being more hack & slashy kill all satisfaction? Considering the boss battles, I wouldn't say that at all. In fact, KH1 being more clunky & slow kills a lot of its momentum. Also, level up the drive forms & Sora gains access to the abilities outside of them. You clearly did not explore this combat system enough or do any of the post-game content. Also, "the game chooses when you can't use a drive form." Do you even know why this is? Drive forms use Goofy & Donald except Limit Form & requires a certain amount of the drive gauge to be filled to use it. It's a mechanic that you get used to, even if it can be annoying. And, the boss battles being forgettable & the combat isn't memorable? Dude, play it on Critical Mode. That shit's not only fun, but a great challenge & perfectly balanced. Even then, though, you SHOULD remember the Organization fights. Roxas' fight is one of the most memorable in the series. 3. You said BBS was the best game since KH1, which isn't true. The combat system is actually worse than KH 1 & 2 because the physical combos aren't even up to KH1 standards because they prioritized the magic system over anything & the combat systems are then style over any actual substance. Which is the curse of the Osaka team. Dream Drop Distance also falls victim to their game design. Ply any Osaka game on Crit & you'll see how their combat systems fall apart compared to KH2. It's NOT a marriage between KH 1 & 2 like you claimed. It's a wannabe Kingdom Hearts made by new developers who barely understood how to make one of them. BBS is only great if you're a casual who doesn't analyze the combat systems of these games. Also, the "Re" in Re:Chain of Memories doesn't mean "remix" it means "remake". It's confusing & stupid, but that's kinda Kingdom Hearts for ya. Also, 358/2 Days is pronounced "three five 8 over 2 days." It's stupid, but that's how it's officially pronounced.
Your suggestions for this game is to turn it into the same boring game every other manufacturer makes. Thank god this review won’t be looked at seriously by fans

I thought you were pretty fair in your assessment. Well at least you didn't let the fans or the mess of a story dissuade you from enjoying the games. It's a really fun series, but it shouldn't be treated like it's some grand masterpiece.
Yeah I heard it praised so much by Tim Ghettys from Kinda Funny and with KH3 announced I thought might as well see what all the fuss is about :D It has its issues.. but playing through A fragmentary passage... it was magic They fixed literally every issue i highlited in this video... Almost like theyre not blind to the games problems like their fans are hahah If KH3 isnt a 10/10 based on the new engine.. its going to be pretty damn close
i haven't really gotten into KH, but i heard that 2 was the fan favourite, so i was kinda surprised that you kinda destroyed it XD i mean it's odd that you said the combat is simple yet i heard kh2's system has a lot of depth, then again, i did get ROYALLY confused when you made the comparison between a god of war and any hack and slash in general not being skill based despite devil may cry and ninja gaiden and yakuza of having skill based combat, i guess you are referring to something like a dynasty warriors? boy did i get real confused when you said ''fast and fluent'' when talking about witcher 3's combat.....i mean really? that needed a mod to even be considered well done.
It was released after kingdom hearts 2... So you could do so in any order... I watched 358/2 days first But because of that i was confused for most of my time watching not understanding who the characters were.. because they are introduced in kingom hearts 2.. its a tough call Chronologically 358/2 days does come first though... But its a back story to KH2 characters
Maybe just watch 358/2 and enjoy the story and characters without trying to figure out how it ties into everything. .that might help hahah just know they are important
SuperkenGaming thanks for taking the time for the reply! Ill play KH2 first so I can take a break and watch 358/2 before continuing onto the other games

I never played any KH games before but my friends talked me into it and so far I don’t regret it.
This game's been sitting in the cabinet for years. It's time
yesssss
Dude you trash the game the whole time then you give it a 9?
What makes this game a 9?”
the story makes these games
KH2 is solid as fuck... but youll need the story to pull you through the first half of this collection
SuperkenGaming so I don’t care about stories in games. Because of that, without the relevance of a story, would you give this below a 5?
Gameplay alone depending on the game 6-7
On average about 6.5
But the total package is a 9 easily
SuperkenGaming oh no... so like I don’t care about story when it comes to these type of games, I care more about the game play, so basically I should give it a 5, ugh!
You talked as if you didn't notice the gauges for D-links and drives.
hm?
I noticed them... they were just too restricted
I dont understand. All these games are in 1.5&2.5 before i buy it
I have passed on every Kingdom Hearts title since they originally came out. I recently got a random bundle of 15 games for the Ps4, and this was one of them. Seems I haven't an excuse now.
so worth playing through!
yes, i saw all there is to see in every game :)
+SuperkenGaming Cool! Maybe I should look back into BBS when I pick them up on PS4, it might help clear my issues :)
They really need to port the KH HD collection on the switch
oooooo
... I don't even think that the Switch is powerful enough to run the games, yeah maybe on psp or psvita in the day but not the switch
Well they had already made a port of KH HD collection on Xbox One
Yes they really need too. But by now I was tired of waiting and bought a PS. They took to long. Still would love the port though. Don't want to hog the TV 😉
I played KH 1 and 2(beat them) and took a break. I have a PS5 and realized how much games are I need to play before playing KH3.
Thank you for the video😅.
haha youre welcome! such a good series!
I'm so confused about this review. A very long list what is bad about the game, hardly anything positive and then you give it a 9 out of 10? Very strange.
im toughest on the things i love the most
@@SuperkenGaming don't forget to sum up the nice things too. :)
Also play kh 1.5 on proud and oh 2.5 on critical. Don’t miss the secret bosses neither. I promise it will be a lot harder. Especially when you fight all the secret bosses. Good luck on lingerwill and sephiroth
You trippin kh 1and2 are fucking perfect!!! My childhood!!!
perfect? lol nah
But if they can go through the trouble to completely remake huge chunks of KH 1 and 2 because they lost the original assets and code, they coulda just remapped touch screen stuff to controller buttons and made them playable.
yes such an amazing series! a steal
Actually, you can unlock the movement abilities from the drive form in regular form by using the drive form if I remember right.
you are right.. but they shouldve been a core mechanic
does each game have a seperate trophy list on psfour?
bro is a professional whiner
Who?
I've never played any of these games, and decided to Download 1.5 + 2.5, see a review, and jump in. But after this review, I literally lost all motivation. You totally shitted on the entire series.
"9/10"
Great review. Excited to play these games for the first time
Hope you enjoy it!
I just got this game on EGS and I really appreciate the detail in this video😃👍🏾 Not sure what century I'll get to play it though but I will eventually lol (my backlog is insane lol😅). The game actually looks good for a remaster and I can' wait to try it out.
My guy said you can use some of the fiercest characters in Disney and then dropped Bambi in the same sentence lmao
Man fuck all these haters, these review was perfect and very informative for everyone complaining that he criticizes the games then gave a good review thats what critiquing is, great review, just finished kh2!
Thank you! I really appreciate it :D
(still gonna happen)).
great deal! :D
It’s free now on game pass
@@marioandmuffin for now.

Damn this review was terrible lol. Doesn't take into account the time the games were made, or the different difficulty levels and challenges. Square gives you an ability so you can do level 1 critical mode for a reason. Also dodge roll is super easy to get, git gud.
This game doesnt come with a time machine sunshine, people have to play it in 2017 if they pick it up today :)
Should I get this or should I just jump straight into kh3 btw never played a kingdom heart game
def play these, theyre so good :D
Thank you
@@rando1018 youre welcome :)
rando 101 I really hope you didn’t jump into kh3!!!
I see this collection more for people that missed the games than people that want a reason to replay them
Is it worth playing final mix version or just play the PS2 version instead ? Does it make a huge difference other then the graphics?
Play the mix
@@SuperkenGaming is it any different then the PS2 version other then the graphics ?
great video! I'm new to the series myself. Bought yhe game yesterday but haven't played yet. Looking forward to it.
thank you!
Let me know what you think of it when youre done :)
How was it?
Depression
This dude has such a whiny voice. Some many complaints for a 9/10.
What capture card you use ? Great video
Elgato! Thank you!
Ive never played a kh game so if i buy this will i understand kh3 once its out or there there more kh games missing?
def play these!
Uh, I don't think you understood kh2
I understood... its my favorite game in the series...
I played each game on the same difficulty.... itd be a tad unfair to compare if i play on a different difficulty for one game, right?
I stopped watching after he said, “Witcher 3 style gameplay...” WHAT!? Lol. Seems like the only two games you’ve ever played are GOW and Witcher 3.
Or Im smart enough to reference large ass games most people will be able to connect to what im saying?
So... me being a 31 year old now
Basically the unnecessary title means is that it's KH1 and KH2 ?
this review is hilarious, i'm convinced this is comedy
I haven't played it yet. I have 1 more week to wait until I play it. I havr the original PS2 versions and 358/2 days. I have great and bad memories of KH1 as I found it fun but hard. KH2 is more of the draw for me and finally playing re:chained of memories and Bitch By Sleep. For value for your money and the added secret bosses and new keyblades from the PS3 is also a plus. Call me old and nostalgic I would give it 9.5/10 .
nice :)
be nice if i could download 1 INSTEAD OF THEM ALL FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:(
Is this a review or Just gonna tell us the whole story n soil it for new players who skipped it cuz console or price?
reviewww
First game is pushing 20 years old, refers to combat as 'witcher 3 style'........
I like how the original pong's soccer mode uses the FIFA 21 style of gameplay.
People watching today are more likely to have played witcher 3 than the OG kingdom hearts..
Context clues bruh.
This is one of the worst reviews I've ever heard.
okay.
Your just hating on the game not even reviewing it
I gave it a 9/10 and called it one of the best stories in games history.. politely eat this ass
i had it befor it i wish i didnt sell now i finely got hold it again . i have played ps2 version to
4 games and 2 movies? It's more like 6 games, isn't it? Just asking, I bought this game this week.
no.
4 games. 2 movies.
Ok, thanks. If I understand it correctly original 358/2 was game but in this collection it's just movie to complete the story.
yes :D
If you say it in video, my apologies... I saw only part of it. Thanks again :).
youre welcome, thanks for watching :D
I might just RUclips the secret ending
yeah its tough to get to :D
That ending you dirty bastard 😂
hahahahaha
I'm stuck in the deep jungle. I've gone through vines 1 and 2. I've been through the whole map I think. I can't figure out what to do next
its almost necissary to play the original kingdom hearts with a guide...
its very dated in terms of progression.. none of the other games are like that though
Theres a section beyond the hippos that will take you to the tree tops. .try that
I bought the collection on PS4 and I hate it!
Ive never heard anyone say that the gummi ship in KH1 is better than the one in KH2. I simply find that ridiculous.
theyre both aweful ,, kh2s are more awefu;
I don't think they're good, but I feel like KH2's certainly has more going for it. I know I'd rather play a fast paced, and semi-creative bullet hell than a slow, monotonous one. But, to each his own ig.
yeah, but they didnt take as much effort lol
i mean i wanna just get right to the game.. i dont wanan do some space shooter bs lol
Personally I liked the kh2 gummi battles. It adds to the game for me. Trying to get the best score and all that. Plus building ships (which I never liked cuz I was never good at it) but still it adds something extra. I hope kh3 has them but the game can stand without them for sure
You can unlock manually
Its a review not a summary of
The game
Seemed very negative for the most part. It's on sale right now on PS4.
How tf are you goint to complain about the platforming in the first game, then complain when the second one removes it?
@@misterecgamer2824 you tell me how. You can do it. 🤔
Not sure he’s complaining about it not being in kh2 so much as they could have just improved the platforming for kh2 instead of removing it completely. Honestly it didn’t bother me not having platforming but I wouldn’t have minded if the game had a few sections just with tighter controls improved from the first game.
HELP I CANT EXIT THE GAME I DONT WANT TO PLAY BIRTH BY SLEEP FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE
lmfaooooooooooooo hey its better than Dream Drop Distance
Would Chain of Memories and Dream Drop Distance pretty much be the same? With the forgetting memories and both are put through a challenge.
No,
Chain of Memories is a fun to play through... and the story is interesting... but its way too long considering its revisiting kingdom hearts 1 all over again (it shouldve been like 8-10 hrs max)
Dream Drop Distance is a direct Sequel to Kingdom Hearts Coded (which is a waste of your time... as i said in this review, watch the first few and last few chapters.. becuase that movie is just a recap)
Dream Drop Distance takes you to the same places as kingdom hearts 1 (except 2 new places)
I think DDD is the worst game in the series not counting the DS games...
Or some kid-friendly brainwashing power of friendship?
the story is probably one of the best stories in video games :D
Easily a top 10
Dont miss out
But how "Kiddy" it is? Thinking between this, Mass Effect Andromeda, God Of War 3, Gravity Rush Remastered.
Each game from KH1 all the way toward Dream Drop Distance gets more darker thematically.
definitely get this!
the story isnt kiddy at all...
I honestly think the disney properties were used as an excuse to tell this story and get people to actually experience...
I got teary eyed practically every game
You sold me. Problem is, I will have a hard time changing my eyes from Horizon Zero Dawn into Kingdoms Hearts. But yeah. I am sold!
Dude, what? 2 is WAY better than 1. Also, NO. Birth By Sleep's combat is awful compared to KH 1 & 2. It is NOT the best game in the series.
i dont remember what i said by i stand by it lol
Thank god this review won’t be looked at seriously by fans
it was looked at seriously by the developers because i literally suggest what kingdom hearts 3 is
Omg so much whining
the irony of this comment
Totally agreed. Whining, and a whiny, poorly enunciating voice on top of that.
these games are more of an taste thing
I loved them all in their own way :)
Lol you can dodge rolll high jump glide quick run and dash in 2.5 🤦🏻♂️ you really didn’t dig deep or know what your doing when playing both kh 1 and 2
Kingdom Hearts is both my favourite and least favourite game.
hahaha
Jit is going ham in this game
is kingdom hearts hd pretty much first game and 2nd game in one? plan to get it since never finished the 1st game like to play 1st and 2nd game as might get the 3rd one
yess
This is not a review these are spoilers
bruh play the game blind
So is this game the same as the originals?
Replaying all Kingdom hearts 😋

Wow, all those downvotes. This is why half the time I don't even admit I like the games, most of the fans take these games _way_ too seriously.
I even gave it a 9 LOL
Too harsh on 10 and 15 year old games haha
Its okay though, i appreciate the passion
I thought you were pretty fair in your assessment.
Well at least you didn't let the fans or the mess of a story dissuade you from enjoying the games. It's a really fun series, but it shouldn't be treated like it's some grand masterpiece.
Yeah I heard it praised so much by Tim Ghettys from Kinda Funny and with KH3 announced I thought might as well see what all the fuss is about :D
It has its issues.. but playing through A fragmentary passage... it was magic
They fixed literally every issue i highlited in this video...
Almost like theyre not blind to the games problems like their fans are hahah
If KH3 isnt a 10/10 based on the new engine.. its going to be pretty damn close
it had nothing to do with the rating or the fans. The review was absolutely terrible
i actually have this game but i dont want to waste countless hours in this overwhelmingly long story so i think im going to skip this one
its far from a waste :D
14mins of you complaining about the game. Just tell us how the game plays, not your bias opinion......
nah
i haven't really gotten into KH, but i heard that 2 was the fan favourite, so i was kinda surprised that you kinda destroyed it XD i mean it's odd that you said the combat is simple yet i heard kh2's system has a lot of depth, then again, i did get ROYALLY confused when you made the comparison between a god of war and any hack and slash in general not being skill based despite devil may cry and ninja gaiden and yakuza of having skill based combat, i guess you are referring to something like a dynasty warriors? boy did i get real confused when you said ''fast and fluent'' when talking about witcher 3's combat.....i mean really? that needed a mod to even be considered well done.
So i should i play kingdom hearts 2 before i watch 358/2 days?
It was released after kingdom hearts 2...
So you could do so in any order...
I watched 358/2 days first
But because of that i was confused for most of my time watching not understanding who the characters were.. because they are introduced in kingom hearts 2..
its a tough call
Chronologically 358/2 days does come first though...
But its a back story to KH2 characters
Maybe just watch 358/2 and enjoy the story and characters without trying to figure out how it ties into everything. .that might help hahah
just know they are important
SuperkenGaming thanks for taking the time for the reply! Ill play KH2 first so I can take a break and watch 358/2 before continuing onto the other games
i dont want to spoil anything...
But a few hrs in..
Youll know..
After that go back and watch 358/2 before continuing KH2
:)
Really, dude? Putting PewDiePie's name in your description to get hits? And you even knew what you were doing cause you put that "how'd THIS get in here?!" nonsense to make it look like a silly joke. Riding coattails is not a very flattering existence.
A solid review and useful to someone new going into the series. I now know what to expect
thank you :D
Not very useful if your new to the series because he missed a lot and didn’t even know you can dodge roll, quick run, high jump, and waay more kh2.5
dude, thank you!! your review of kh1 was my words exactly! I'm 27, I was 12 when these games came out. I hated kh1 because of the same problems.
thankfully the story makes it all worthwhile :D
