Have made this several times, always gets raves. I used Havarti cheese and cooked it for 28 mins at 400F degrees. I couldn't find the recipe to print out so I estimated tsp & Tbsp amounts, ended up using more olive oil & Tamari (GF Soy sauce because of Celiac disease) but it still was good.
Love this recipe we are having it for lunch today. Just a point, it would be really useful if you could post a full recipe and ingredients plus cooking time so I could download it.
I found the words, when they did come on the screen were not in sync with ingredients. And the chicken almost floating in cheese fat at the end didn't fill me with confidence.
Now made it 6 times, Very delicious, and easy to make, a big hit with the family. The Chicken is lovely and moist with great flavor. Thanks for the great recipe. Not tried the potatoes as yet, Greetings From Australia

This was absolutely delicious! I sprinkled a little dried parsley on the top before baking to give it a little color and it added nice key to the flavor as well. This is now my favorites chicken recipe. 👍

Well I'll use this recipe on Sunday but I will be using a bed of onions underneath the chicken along w/ carrot & celery a little water and some jasmine rice and make it a 1 pot meal
I really enjoyed this dish! I made a few changes the second time around. 1. I tripled the amount your glaze and used it to marinade the sliced chicken for a few hours. 2. Added some fresh basil to the tomato & cheese inserts. 3. Because I didn’t have a convection oven like you have, I covered the chicken w/foil and backed for 30 minutes in a regular oven, then finished off under the broiler for 2 minutes. Very moist and tender. Sehr gut!! Vielen Dank! PS: please in the future, list the ingredients and their amounts. I had to kinda reverse engineer what you had done.😊

The recipe looks delicious - I am going to make it for my wife and I one night. Was that Muenster cheese? I love trying new recipes. I am 78 and have been cooking for 70 years. My wife turned the cooking over to me when I retired almost 8 years ago.
My dad cooked later in life, as well, and his dishes were incredibly tasty (born in Greece). I can think of many variations with the chicken above! Fontina is a good melting cheese, too- but I may Have to try Feta first , ha ha .

He was chef trained in the Army in early WW2, to cook for officers - at least Stateside. Although he ended up in a combat unit in India/Burma, he never forgot his training. But he and my mom both learned to cook at an early age, and they taught me, then my brother, and then my sister, all starting about age 8. None of us ever starved!

Do you know why the chicken in the video, when removed from the oven, had liquid? It is really a good idea add water and an onion bed.

Here’s what I came up with. These are just “gestimates”.
For the glaze/marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika.
1 ½ tsp Knorr chicken bouillon.
2 Tbsp olive oil.
1 Tbsp soy sauce.
2 Tbsp white wine.
Madrid, Spain. Looks tasty and will give it a try
