- Here is my symphonic-fused metal arrangement of "Villain" by K/DA. It has a little Dimmu for the dark lord flavour, and a little modern metal sound for a bit of youthful swagger :)
Not much to say about this one that you haven't already heard on the Twitch streams! This was a lot of fun :)

I just went to listen to the original song for the first time after seeing you made a cover, and although I heard the potential for a great metal version, I admittedly couldn't really imagine it and was insanely curious to hear how you managed it. Of course as soon as this song started with the dramatic chanting and strings I was absolutely delighted - this whole cover is a delight! Especially love the beautiful vocals and background rhythm at "I'll stay so deep inside your brain and take you somewhere far away". Awesome job!

If someone had shown me the original song first, I would have said it’s interesting what they did with it, but not great to listen to and not much potential for a metal cover, and I would have quickly forgotten about it. But I heard your version first, fell in love with it and waited a few months to seek out the original to let the hype die down a bit and give them a fairer comparison. And I’m that much more impressed.
You’ve totally made it your own. You took everything that was interesting in the way the original was written and turned it up to eleven with much more powerful and lively vocals, a kickass symphonic arrangement and a mean as hell bass line that one can’t help but headbang along to. I feel like I could write a paragraph about the things I like about each part, but no one wants that, so I’ll go back to breaking my neck! \m/
Usually metal re-makes of pop songs just feel awkward. But this hit the nail perfectly....I really dont understand why Adrienne has that stupid low view count.
