  • Feel invigorated with Chef Tan Soh Hoon's flavourful Lemongrass Jelly dessert!
    Ingredients:
    13g ice jelly powder
    5 pcs lemongrass
    Some pandan leaves
    1800ml water
    50g sugar
    Some limes
    Ingredients for syrup:
    150g sugar
    100g water
    Method: Boil it.
    Method for jelly:
    1. Boil water with lemongrass and pandan leaves for a while, then strain the liquid.
    2. Pour in sugar and jelly powder to stir until dissolved.
    3. Pour into container and let it cool, then put into fridge to set.
    4. Serve with syrup, fruits and lime.
