I decided to assume he/she meant salt 😂

I think she means while it is boiling not to add water to the pot.

My question too. But I think it means once boiling has started, not to add additional cold water 🤷🏽‍♀️

It means just add water to submerge the chickpeas to the level where you don’t see them and stop.
I think it “do not add to the pot” like do not fill all of the pot or add water higher than the level of height the chickpeas are occupying.

I can hardly see the instruction because of the caption at the bottom. These apps should have changed their video dimensions by now

If you dont wanna wait 24hrs use boiling water aka hot water soak for a few hrs... save the water though!! It's great for your plants!!! ❤ and you can make all kinds of dressings and Mayos for those who dislike mayonnaise ❤

I saw the many health benefits of eating Chickpea's, so I ordered a 25 pound bag. They are so delicious, but every time I eat them, I bloat and look 4-5 months pregnant, and I have cramp for most of the day.
    Any advice?

I heard adding baking soda(1/4)tbsp while soaking them helps with bloating. Make sure to rinse your chickpeas before boiling them.

We all react differently to food and it is always better to start with a small amount and allow your body to gradually get used to that food. Please soak them in water upwards of 24hrs, and change the water every 4to6hr, First, Wash them well, soak them in water and add 2 tablespoon of any vinegar that you have to the water, wait for 4hrs, wash thoroughly and add fresh water and add some bicarbonate of soda and after 6 hrs, wash thoroughly again, and add some fresh water and change once again, after 16 to 24hrs, wash thoroughly and cook in a pressure cooker. If you prepare a big quantity, then you can pack them into freezer bags and freeze them, so that you can have it ready to use. Also try adding some organic Cardamom to your food, it helps a lot with digestive health and bloating. I hope that this will be of some help to you.

It only matters if it's good for your body. But it does taste good with chicken and potatoes and Thai curry paste.
BUT, "but" means I don't mean anything I said.
