Why do people like this weapon system, if you play on heroic or any skulls, the enemy infantry ducks and rolls every time you even start firing the rifle.
nuclearjanitors I’ve found it’s useful as a suppression weapon, making enemies stop firing at you for a moment. Headshots also work easily for grunts and skirmishers. I can say that it never quite felt right using it, though.

343i should just add ALL the base weapons (NOT INCLUDING REQs from Halo 5) to Halo Infinite A sandbox with ALL the weapons from ALL the Halo Titles? yes Please. think about making loadouts or being able to swap weapons for different tactical starts to objective, being able to use the SSMG and Automag, or a DMR and BR, or an AR and Magnum, or whatever I think 343i would be missing a huge opportunity to really make Halo Infinite be a mass conglomerate of all the previous titles weapons, vehicles and modes. Imo Halo Infinite should be the Halo that has Everything possible, since it will be the last Standalone Halo Title - with that being said, I hope 343 makes Halo: Harvest next, they should just make the books a playable game, I think it would be more interesting that way.. since a lot of people I know hate reading...

Like, the plasma cannon too good it’s almost considered heretical cause only the forerunners are perfect? And the cannon is like, perfect at killing people? Dude, that could have totally been left out but having this in fleshes out the story so much more
Another AWESOME Halo vid, man. I remember Halo 2's Energy Sword used to be called Plasma Sword. Energy Sword is also my MOST favorite Covenant weapon. The Heretic Banshee is my fav vehicle, as well.

out of all covenant vehicles. i do not understand the point of T-29 T/VT's in the game especially with carrying ghosts... i wanna see that great meeting of the minds "hey i have a fantastic idea bois, let's transport our light fast and cheap vehicles with a heavy slow one... one at a time"... OH maybe it was prophet of mercys idea and was left behind cause of it :D

It's a different mortal. I did look into that when researching this. The plasma mortar in Spartan Assault is the one from Halo Wars 1 (the leve "Arcadia Outskirts") if memory serves.

Ackshually, the ghost in halo 2 doesn't have perpetual boost, it's boost only lasts 300 000 seconds ;)

Well with Bungie they were loose with canon (343 thankfully fix that part up) we can say Tartarus group of brutes didn’t have them in their armory.
No real hard explanation. Canonically it would have been there, we just didn't see it.
One thing I hope we get in Infinite is the ability to use special variants of vehicles. Like the ghost with a fule rod launcher.
