Hey mate, im going to do this mod. can you tell me what sizes bolts and nuts you used? I cant read spanish! Also, what material bolts and nuts you used?
And, did you mention that you drilled a 6mm hole into the exhaust pipe to make the hole bigger? can you please clarify that?

I was going to do similar job on my stock breakout exhaust :) it would have saved me a lot of money
Un conocido mio tiene una Venox y quiere hacer el sonido mas ronco, no más fuerte. Hace rato que anda averiguando. Acá en Argentina hay una moto 250 bicilindrica china que tiene bastante buen sonido, cosa que la venox no. Suena a lata. Con los agujeritos suena más fuerte, pero sigue siendo un sonido casi agudo.

Pero tengo una pregunta.. e sacado los remaches pero no tengo cojones a sacar el db killer de ninguna manera.. le e dado vueltas, con alicates, haciendo palanca con destornilladores y nada de nada.. me podríais dar un consejo?

I shot this video some 10 years ago. It was on my previous channel that RUclips had the courtesy to shut down!
Anyhow... plenty of penetrating oil will help. WD-40 is not bad but expensive and originally it is not a lubricant!
The muffler is a bit difficult to take out 'cause of the scale but plenty of penetrating oil will loosen her up.
What will normally happen is that the top comes out easy and the bottom is a bitch! You will only get about 1" out and she will freeze!
Once you get the muffler about 1" out, Wrap a cord round the back of the muffler plate and wiggle her up, down and to the side and she will come out for sure!
It's like a sausage inside: first it's thin and then it gets thick and chunky!
IMHO it's hard to mess anything up as there is nothing mechanical in there.
Once done, that Venox will sound like she came straight out of hell though not recommended for the injections models. Makes the ECU go nuts

Hola buenas muy chulo el vídeo la verdad, pero sigo sin entender la dinámica, cuando haces los agujeros y cambias los remaches por remaches enroscados, pones algo diferente en el silenciador del tubo de escape o sigue siendo lo que le viene de serie?
Metes arandelas para que la pieza esa negra quede más separada del cuerpo del escape, provocando una fuga de gases y sonido por fuera del silenciador
Para volver a su estado anterior, simplemente quitas la tuerca que añades ?
SirJuanka Correcto amigo. Es una modificación que vale la pena. La pequeña VENOX ya no se comercializa pero está en el corazón de muchos!

Si no aspiro los remaches puedo tener algún tipo de problema?
Yo al coche se lo cambio cada 10000, a la moto cada año. Los filtros de forma alterna. Pero lo que realmente degrada el aceite es el uso y un poco el paso del tiempo.
