There are a lot of positive reviews on Amazon, flipkart and RUclips.
But many people also say in reviews that they got a Defective chair, 1) Generally speaking, their chairs lean(tilt) to one side. 2) Hands are not at the same level
And mostly they are saying "GreenSoul customer care service is very bad." They take a lot of time to solve the problem and sometimes they don't solve the problem at all.
Tell me according to your experience..
1) How is the build quality of the chair?
Is there a problem like "chair leaning to one side"?

I cannot speak for others, but the chair I purchased has been problem-free. Overall, I am satisfied with its performance, and I haven't encountered the leaning issue you mentioned. The adjustable armrests allow for customization, addressing any concerns about their height. Personally, I've had positive experiences with GS customer service-they were helpful when I needed a replacement part due to a small defect in the seating area, as shown in the video.

Thanks for the honest review. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and I wanted to know if both my feet will fully touch the ground when sitting? With other chairs only my toes touch even at minimum height setting and that causes hip and back problems in the long term.

Hey, my experience has been great and I don't have any complaints and I'll even go further and say if I wanted to buy again I'll buy the same chair. Yes all parts are covered in warranty but be aware if anything broke because of you they don't cover. Only thing covered is if something stops working or not functioning properly.

Hey, Amit I haven't faced any issues so far and cousins are like new. there is no complaints. Tip the caissons might get dusty so you can wipe it off with damp cloths or can use vacuum cleaner if you have it.

Hey, both the chairs are meant for different purpose, so GS vienna leatherette is for casual use and it doesn't have much of back/lumber support and no head reast along with other adjustment & GS Jupiter has all the features and I haven't faced any issue with my back.
I would suggest is buy both and use for 3-5 days and whichever you find is good keep it and return other, as all the chair on Amazon comes with 7days return policy.

Actually I used Savya home Beatle some days back which is almost same as of green soul jupiter in terms of features but that was causing lot of back pain to me therefore I returned that chair easily on Amazon. But seller fulfilled items cannot be returned easily without seller approval.

Hi, No, the hips don't pain and I've been using this chair for quite long and I can vouch for this. The sitting area is really nice. I've been sitting on this chair for very long hours from 8 to 12 hours sometimes so I could say confidently that sitting cushion is really good and there is no hip pain after long usage of this

Hey brother, I'm using Green Soul Jupiter so I can only tell you about GS, it's almost year I have been using GSJ chair and haven't face a single issue and I'm stress free as it comes with 3years warranty and Customer support is great. If you ask me I would suggest go for GSJ but still check for other reviews on zodiac pro too.

Hey, Shoulder & Head support is good, but sometimes, IMO I feel the neck support can be better, but considering the price this is best, let me know if you have any more doubt.

bro, I would recommend GSJ because I have personally used it, and it's working great for me & if your concern is the height I'm 5'9" and it is comfortable to me so it'll be comfortable for you too. for Innowin I can't tell you much as I have not used it personally my fried has it it's working good, but again I haven't used it, if you're thinking of buying Innowin you should watch the review for Innowin on YT. Hi, Knee Tilt is available in the "Green Soul New York Superb High Back" model, this model is available at Amazon in the same price range as Jupiter.

Hi, yes it does have back recline and also it has a lock mechanism as well. You can lock the tilt mechanism to the position you want and you can use it.

Chair seat is automatically going down slowly slowly in 2hr duration again I have lift the height and again after 2hr same..This is happening to my newly ordered same model chair..

Hey, yes there is no sweat on seat too, so you don't have to worry about sweating after long hour of seating, now coming to cleaning I would recommend clean it with wet cloth and let it dry this is how I clean.

Hi Garud, thats true you can get cheaper chair compared to GS and even I was tempted to buy those but issue with the cheaper chair is the quality material used & the cussioning over the time. and that is wheere it makes the difference. I would suggest go for the GS as you're not going to buy new chair and buying a quality one is always good.

Superb wala bro. Both are very similar but superb has a couple of added features like steel base and 2D arm rest.
Go version has a plastic base (not that it's bad, but steel is better) and has 1D arm rest. That's it. No other difference.

Bought it recently and one of the leg broke from steel, above the wheel. I fell and injured my foot. I wish they used strong quality steel base (above the wheel). Suport team was kind enough to send me replacement part under warranty.

Good video bro !!..good to know the review first hand. There are 2 models - GO and Superb.. which one is this ? In the recent reviews on Amazon I found customers saying 1) the back support mesh is flimsy/not durable. Is that true? 2) And the wheel base- which one is better nylon(GO model) or metallic(Superb model- it may rust right? 3) And the wheels are like super smooth, so need to hold chair and then sit ?? 4) Does it matter 1D or 2D arm rest? Request to reply asap as I need to purchase on priority.
Hey Rahul, hope you're great & still havent bought the chair. The one in the video is the Superb model, and the mesh is very durable as I'm still using it and still havent faced any issues yet. The weels are strong and dosent have any rusting issues, I have assembled and disassembled this chair 4 times as I had to shift, and it's still as new. This chair has 2D arm rest vertical & horizontal adjustment, and it's really nice. With my experiece I could recommend you this.
