    Please consider using these videos as proper audio podcasts, since many people don't have time to watch videos of audio only, and prefer to listen to podcasts on our normal podcast players. You would expand your audience that way. Thank you.

      Agreed 100%. I use these as podcasts anyway, just bring up RUclips and just listen when I am riding my bike. Costs me a bit more in bandwidth though. They should release these on youtube and as podcasts also.

    I hope the NIH and NSF are paying attention. We are behind the curve when it comes to the importance of Omega 3s and health outcomes. Why do I need to seek out my Omega 3 index values on my own when I can obtain my so many other blood lipids values via my annual physical?

    Presuming that pregnancy/breastfeeding aren't being considered, what's a good level of DHA on the Omega-3 Index for adults?

    Is it true that if omega 3 is high then vit D level stays elevated?

      Never heard that. If concerned take Cod liver oil, has VitD. 🏊🏋🏻‍♂️🦊
