I just found this! When I heard Luke was doing Sleep Sounds, I immediately subscribed to Audible UK so I could listen to Luke's voice over and over. He has such a beautiful voice and melodic accent. Naked? That's a wonderful picture to have in my head. I'm not surprised you move around all night; you probably have a lot going on in your sub-conscious. I dong have any trouble falling asleep ( as long as I look at my watch and figure out how lonh i can sleep ( 10 minutes on a bus or count onmy fingers 7 hrs or less before my alarm will go off and I wake up 5 minutes before . I still want to get his audio book 😊
